    Looks good. I believe those holes at the bottom are a natural gap between the panels and I’d just leave them open. I’d be more concerned about a possible crack to the right of the control arm mounting holes. Hard to tell in the video if it’s actually cracked or just weird shadows. Otherwise looking good. It’s a messy job for sure.

      I was thinking they would be more useful leaving open to let water drain instead of pooling there. I’ll check again but I think it was just shadows. Didn’t see any cracks when I looked for them since that area is known to get them

      Trying to keep it as much original as possible but upgrading the items that need it like brakes, suspension, electrical. Etc. Want it to look classic with hidden upgrades. :)

    That would depend on whether I can afford to replace it, whether a new one could be had easily,and whether or not I had time to wait. If not I would run it till I could replace

    I had a 1971 2100 rebuilt. When I installed it I found out where the fuel filter goes in is stipped. Is that a pipe thread or do you have any ideas how to repair. Thanks

      I’m not sure. Mine was threaded

    • @Jimmyz96
      @Jimmyz96 11 месяцев назад

      if i were you , id JB weld a threaded fitting in and use a nipple and an inline filter. once its cured JB is impervious to gasoline
