MSFS Fly-By View Camera Tutorial - Works in MSFS 2024
Although it requires a bit of setup, fly-by views in MSFS are possible and can be executed easily with this technique.

This video details the stuttering issues I was having with the otherwise excellent Flight1 Cessna Citation Mustang and how I was able to find workarounds to eliminate the stuttering enitrely. Instructions are included for Prepar3D but should work identically in FSX.
