I'm all for people/companies trying things, but on it's face the opening of AI 'influencers' was probably not the top idea that Meta has had. And for full transparency, I'm a HUGE fan of what Meta is doing in the AI space. I will say this though, at least they tried something and got the feedback to quickly pivot out of it.
