My job is to watch the video of stowing action at fulfilment centre and mark the exact location of the product with accuracy with the use of certain tools and software

This would not fly at my location. She would get written up for not using equipment properly, stowing all wrong, her movements are safety rule violations. Obviously this is in a country who give no shits to workers.

doing any kind of job 12 hours a day is inhumane, shame on amazon... The richest company in the world that can't spare a few pennies to hire more people. Never buying there again.

I like when I've just got back from break, and my rate is around 400-500, eventually it goes down to around 375.

I just finished my first week as a stower, and I was told worry about speed later, quality was more important, I compete against myself on how fast I can stow. It depends on how long you been stowin, it's like watchin someone who's a stick in the mud.

I envy the patience you guys have.. day in day out doing this must be mentally draining. Fun for the best part the first few hours of starting the job, but man.. i couldnt bare this daily..

Tengo unos meses que inicie en stow y hace unos dias descubri un truco para tener buen rate sin hacer mucho esfuerzo 😏 si quieren saberlo se los contare ya estaba estresado de tanta llamada de atencion por supuesto "bajo rate" y hace unas semanas me dieron mi primer whrite up o como se escriba entonces me frustre mas porque segun ellos es xq tuve el rate mas bajo del area la semana pasada y justo esa semana que paso no habia nada de totes ni trabajo por ningun lado,literal nos tenian nomas parados en los stations y dijieron los managers que no pasaba nada e iniciando la siguiente semana me llegan esos mismos managers a mi station con esa queja jaja yo estaba que no me lo creia 😂😂 y apesar de que tenia ese fuerte argumento de que no habia ningun chingado tote y ellos lo sabian aun asi me dieron en whrite up,es increible las mmds que puedes ver en este lugar

Lots of people complain about how “hard” the work at Amazon is but our ancestors worked just as hard in the fields for thousands of years and they didn’t complain🙄. When I’m at work I just imagine myself being in their shoes and I realize that if they could do it then I can do it too. We wouldn’t be here without the hard labor and sacrifices of billions of farmers and factory workers. In fact more than a billion people still grow and harvest crops by hand, and that’s more hard work than working at Amazon.
