If all else fail pull the fuse to the vehicles radio or a radio fuse, or un-plug the negative side of the battery for about 10 mins if none of that works your radio will need a exersism seek local church.

You don't need to remove the panel, but will have to remove the screws that's holding it in place to get behind it.

There are now tons of so called double dins that have no DVD ad no cd parts makes way more room for screens to fit

Without looking the directions up, go to settings or menu and look for interior lighting or illumination lighting and see what that does

I never started or even turned the car on while I was in this process. I also wouldn't suggest ever turning a car on while this much is unplugged from the vehicle's main harness, so I wouldn't be able to tell you that. But What I do know is over 85% of vehicle's that have a stand alone AC/heat control's that option usually exists

There could be a few things that are making this happen. 1. the ground wire on the 4ch is not grounded correctly, ( so make sure you screw the ring terminal to the frame of the vehicle with 1/2 self tapper scew in the middle of the hole of the RT and the 1 right through the metal part below the first screw so it does not move or wiggle when the vehicle moves. also makes sure you take a sand or scrape away any primer or paint in between the RT and the frame. make sure the ground wire isn't longer than 1 foot that could be another issue as well.

There's a microphone in the rear all the way in the back of the car I have the same odyssey once you remove that the noise will go away

Yes you will need a high grade line out converter that will need to get and receive the correct signal for you even able to get sound with aftermarket amplifiers

The 360 camera was already stock I just retained it. It's a harness and has to be programed

There are aftermarket 360 cam systems available that come with brain and 4 cams and are made to work on factory radios

I've got a guy that brought a used 12.1 screen in and it didn't have that interface or the power plug for it....not sure what brand this thing is...it works in vehicle but didn't have the red box and has no brand name on it...it had a adapter for regular Ford backup cam ....it was smaller factory looking plug that I'm guessing is only on that 4" factory down line radio

@@loudelvis610 it did not come with it it was a add on option that you had to let them know before hand most likely a type of firmware upgrade or I belive it replaced a certain feature or button I believe. Sorry about the wait in response.

You can get the factory XM to work the part that's separate from the kit is like 150 to 200 I can't remember and I'm not in the office till tomorrow. But you can order from me give me yr make and model of vehicle and email me at dynamitecustomsoundsolutions@gmail.com

No the company I get it from the years are 2017 to 2019 for the F250. F150 there is a T-Style screen

First off make sure you don't have go into settings and turn NAV on and or set NAV up. Antenna is correctly installed as well.

I've been looking into this as well. From what I gathered you can physically change the 7" panel to an 8", but the problem lies with the wiring. I believe there are extra wires to the 8", especially the screens with the illuminated trim. You'd probably also need to upgrade the HMI module, which you can buy for $1,000. I forgot the exact website, but the module does come with GPS navigation.

From what I gathered, our 7 inch radios doesn't have an HMI module that's with the 8 inch radios, which is located in the glove compartment. Changing the radios is possible, but without adding the HMI, which will require more wiring and $1,000 for the module itself...changing the radio screen will be pointless. If you do change the screens and add the module, you won't have the spectrum lighting on top of the 8 inch radio without more wiring. I want to upgrade my radio, but also want the spectrum lighting. It's possible, but you'd have to go thru the dash to add more wires and connectors. I saw a forum where a guy added more connectors, I believe splicing them with some connectors that were already in his SS. All V8 models, and the 2LT and 3LT Camaros(2019+) come with the 8 inch screens. www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=482871&page=2

if the inside latch is broken then beak the rest of it apart till you can get to the wire part and pull on it with a pair of pliers..
