These tiny home vids are misleading. You'll have to shell out so much out of pocket cash for this that it's laughable. Just spend 150k on a normal house. Land, utilities, construction and the fact your living in a shed is not worth it. It's neat but not ideal

At age 19, our son built himself a tiny house out of a 10 × 20 shed. He has a covered porch, a locker closet, a vaulted living room with futon and desk station, a kitchen with a refrigerator, a stove, sink, and cabinets. A bathroom with composting toilet, shower, portable washing machine, and cupboard, plus a mirror. He also has a sleeping loft and a loft over the porch for storage. He added some windows and did the electrical, plumbing, and such with his dad. He paid $850,000 for the shed. The TOTAL cost was $19,000 to complete it. He now owns it and is 22 and still living there with his adopted dog and his car.❤ It turned out very nice!

This is deceptive. Too many low-income ppl will see it & think its a possibility. Its not. Get a 2nd job & work for it. Otherwise stop daydreaming.

Im having mine built now ,it should be here next week. Mine has electric, 100 amp breaker going have it insulated with soray foam if i csn find a hoid price. Got a friend in construction business so ill have help moving in by endvif thi as month an work on it as i go . I allways wanted a wood burning hearer too an gas for back up.

Where do you get your water from also? I just bought five acres and I want to do something like you I will be putting a tiny house on their there will be no electricity or water on my spot so I have to learn where to get all this from

Do you have to pump any of the sludge out? If so how long do you think it might take before you have to pump the solids out
