Easiest hack is to get a Mac user who's downloaded these apps to log into app store on your workstation and they can re- download from their purchases. Once installed, they can log out and apps are yours to keep forever... I actually got this done on my MacBook Pro 2013 today 😅

Im trying to play this with a girlfriend i dont have a clue what to do. we got the deck butt this guide that comes with it doesnt help at al... can you make a video on the basics with the starter deck i dont understand how or when you should summon a card ?? And why would you putt a card facing down ?? Or facing upp? Please help

Maybe it helps: App Store / account / view information / hidden items / manage / and then you probably can find pages, numbers and keynote. Unhide and download old versions.

Doesn't seem to work for me (Catalina). It keeps telling me that I should install Quicktime Player (which I did). So I can't install the Trial version unfortunately....

I don't see 'trials' that you mentioned in your vid. How do I get Keynote on my laptop? I have never had apple Keynote or iWorks on my MacBook Air (Mid-2012). I have High Sierra.

For everyone who has the issue of the iWork apps not showing up in the app store (and therefor no possibility to show incompatible updates to link them to your account), try to copy the programs from the iWorks 09 folder that is within your applications folder, and move them to the main applications folder. That, combined with a restart, solved the problem for me. It now showed up in the app store and I was able to download the latest supported version after following the steps explained in the video.

Why wouldn't you just show how to get the iwork or just link it. if your going to show something just show the whole thing. You wasted the first 4 minutes of the vid and that could have been showing how to get iworks.

this work, but i don't know why only pages that showed up on the app store. thanks a lot, hope the other apps showed up too later..

I downloaded the trial, started each app and then closed it. After that i went to the Appstore and tried to update them, they wouldn't show up though. When i searched for Pages i would find it, and there would be an Update button, but when i pressed it it wouldn't work, the little wheel would just keep spinning and spinning. So after that i tried deleting it like you did, but it wouldn't show up in the purchased list. I don't know why its not working. I have a late 2008 MacBook wich runs El Capitan. Has someone any idea how to get it working, or showing up in the Purchased tab?

For me it does not come in my purchases which is the main problem. What do I do?

This didn’t work for me, however I’m not suggest that it couldn’t work for others. It may be a problem with my individual iMac (Mid 2011 iMac, running high Sierra). Having install iWork 09, When I go to the App Store non of the apps appear in the purchased or update tabs and it won’t let me install the latest version that would run on my iMac even if I search and click on the app. If anyone has knowledge of some kind of system preference setting that may disable this then please let me know as I’m really interested to know why this didn’t work for me because I can’t see any reason why it shouldn’t.
