Very inspiring, I am revisiting yoga after many years and still have those days when I think I am not good enough or I will never improve. I am doing it to support myself through menopause and you have reminded me to just show up on the mat and take one day at a time. Thank you 😊

How long do you practice yig everyday?

I started a regular yoga practice 10 years ago when I was living in the Caribbean and did it daily at sunset (when it was cool enough to be outside). Upon my return to my home country, I continued it daily for several months so all in all, I did it daily for almost a year then major life changes occurred - divorce, move across the country, looking for work, starting a new job, daily struggles - and I fell off the wagon. Having trouble getting motivated to do it again even though it really helped increase my strength and flexibility, lowered my stress and kept me calm in daily life.

Hello and thank you for this video! I found it while trying to find instructional yoga videos on youtube which are made by "real people". I'm so curious what, if any, you used for instruction? I've also heard of audio yoga instruction and books, but have only tried videos and classes. Any input would be appreciated, thank you!

I love this so much. My yoga practice has suffered a lot lately, especially in the new year since I've been incessantly sick with one thing after another. I did start 365 days of writing poems this year and that's been a huge challenge with being sick, but I've been taking it one day at a time, and i really loved your reiteration of that at the end. It didn't click for me until now that the way I'm approaching my poetry is how i can also approach getting back into the swing of things with yoga. Thank you for the inspiration ♥️
