Hey man, just saw the clip on the Amos website, what size of the nano are you riding?

Hey Tomo, does it make sense to go up in volume when going down in length on these? I'm currently on the 4'4 Spitfire, which is 27.5L. Going onto the 3'11 Nano would be going up to 30L. Would that change still feel like a higher performance board? Im guessing that its intentional, adding more volume than the spitfire to compensate for the decrease in length in order to make the paddles more doable. I weigh about the same as you, but I dont know if the waves I paddle in on are as steep and punchy as yours so I'm not sure about going down to the 3'9.

Hey , brother if you have good basic surf skills ,the ability to do roundhouse cutties,and the concept of pumping the board to get speed,is it a hard transition to a foil board from so called standard paddle type arrangement?

Its amazing to me that there hasn't been a greater take up of foiling by surfers. You see all the surfers crammed into one spot whereas a foiler can be out enjoying this sort of travel and freedom.

Smooth flow!! I wonder how the board catches waves compare to longer boards in bigger swell, like 3-5 ft?

I just want to ask. Is having a longer legs and being taller in height will help in pumping foil to generate more speed in ride?

Interesting to see someone else mention the tide effect on foiling. I generally prefer a bottoming tide or a low tide coming up. A tide that has started dropping and about half way through, always seem to have the sketchiest take offs and turns. Butttt, it does feel faster and crazier even though it’s no different than other days I’ve gone.

how long is that gopro stick, what settings are you using? is it hard to hold the stick and rip and pump at the same time
