Ingredients
• 1 x 200g block of Dodoni Greek feta
• 2 sheets of filo pastry (43cm x 28cm), room temperature
• Extra virgin olive oil, for brushing and pan frying
• Honey, to serve
• 1 tsp each of white and black sesame seeds
