how do you follow up all those moves with headstomps in the air, once i pop people up i can never jump into the air and do headstomps fast enough, and when i do it looks like the stomps go right through them and dont count...

You might want to do cr.LK cr.LP (instead of cl.LP) into cl.HP because cl.LP misses on Blanka (dunno if even more)

In the recent update they made it much harder to pull off, but once you get the hang of it its easy. I usually hold up-right while the kicks are hitting then switch to down at a certain time just out of instinct. Although you have to watch out with some characters like cammy where you have to walk forward for a few frames to get a good hit. Be sure to be timing your kicks now or else you probably won't get all three hits into dive.

X-Factor is useable once per match, and lasts a certain period of time and has a certain potency, depending on how many characters you have alive. It shortens recovery time for actions taken. Should read about the game, imho

People keep in mind that if you land a crumple focus attack or if you use tanden engine you can do cr.lk > cr.lp > st.hp > shoryuken/hyakuretsu/etc.

by visual cues, when you hit the lightning legs hold down and memorize how long it takes for seth to recover, then do the legs again and this time hold up forward as soon as seth starts to jump press down and medium kick simultaneously

actually there is an easier way. Find resort bunker 2 but when you do make sure you have lockpicking skill maxed because there are 3 chests inside then you warp to the warehouse pick up the weapons there and sell those you don't want to earn $ and good weapons.

Unfortunately they made it in the most recent version that Seth's kicks have specific timing on every situation and characters. For example in the corner after legs, it is very hard to combo the hop-kicks on like Juri, and Cammy and a bunch of others. With the elbow + shoryuken its also impossible I think on characters like Cody. You just have to practice a lot and get use to the new timing, like stalling certain kicks to fall more and catch up to the opponent.

Hey Enjoyrastapanda7, I just started playing Seth again and I can't do his hop-kicks anymore, I can only get two of them, is there a strict timing for the third one?

I meant two light pokes then a command grab by seth not dp

I usually hold back when jabbing, that way in-case a shoryuken comes out I am blocking, then when I feel comfortable with my mixup I will go for down back to down to down forward to up at the top right of the joystick.

it's normally fine to use triple for most chars but if you use chars like akuma/seth/dhalsim.... zangief in some situations, you may get something you didnt mean to do
