You didn’t account for negative ease. That’s a game changer and the key measurement for a crocheted hat.

On the ones that go 7.25 to 7.5 do you leave it right in between ? Or does it matter if it’s closer to one measurement?

Do you have any information on ribbing for the hats? I find a lot of tutorials work bottom up and I do not like it. What length of ribbing for each hat and is it deducted from the hat length?

I started MR 12 DC after 3rd row, 36 dc, and 4 1/2 in. Another one 10 DC in MR. 3rd round 30 DC same measurement. Confused because 6 stitches can influence the size of the hat??

Do you have a video on gauge? I had one skein of yarn using the suzette stitch. Chain was 24 inches. But finished width was 28 inches. So i was only able to make it 15 inches tall. How can i figure for the next blanket. So i know how what size i can make it,?
