Cirno shooting ⑨ x 10 bullets (90 bullets on screen at any second). This was my first test at rendering sprites on the android platform and specifically using the HTC Magic (sapphire) hardware. This little test was done using the Canvas method of rendering sprites which is by far the slowest [but really easy ^_^]. Wait... This is 11 years old?
First of, frames would be too fast for a gameboy to emulate this probably or the loading of the frames is too slow for it to emulate it perfectly. Second of a gameboy's cartridge of memory (I think it is that) would be too low for an animation like this to emulate it or well, it would definitely take more than one gameboy to load this. Third of, the idea is extremely cool, but sadly the Gameboy is unable to pitch all sounds perfectly and does not have the reach of some notes (noticeable in the song). But besides those facts, this is always still nice to see how it would've looked on a gamebo even if it's just set over to a note style and filter of a gameboy with the green original screen.

What gives it away that it's not on a real Gameboy is at the beginning when they fade the Touhou logo. The Gameboy didn't have that many shades of grayscale (greenscale?) The music also sounds like it has too many tracks. The Gameboy only had 4 audio channels.
