Living in the UK and sailing from Southampton - a bit of port disappointment is no big thing , because you can always catch them next time round - but you guys having flown from the USA just to do this - i really FELT for you 😢 - to miss the Orkneys AND Paris must have been SO disappointing. If you ever come over again, I'd recommend skipping the port of Le Havre and looking for a British Isles cruise that stops at Honfleur, the prettiest medieval port you could wish for. Also, one that stops at St Mary's in the Scilly Isles 👍

When you arrive on a cruise ship...why do these organised trips that take you away from places like Cobh? You hardly had any time to see the places you stopped in! Cobh is so historic..last point the Titanic stopped before its awful tragedy. The Lusitania tragedy happened at sea in the area. Amazing walking history tours relating to both tragedies. Stunning Cathedral and so much more. Cork City is a gorg city..train from Cobh. Midleton Jameson Distillery within distance. Visit East Cork. Ballycotton is a beautiful village..iconic lighthouse...stunning cliff walk. My message is plan your own tour..no rushing..relax..meet Irish people. No imposed timetable..go at your pace. Advice from Irish person.

Our family is doing this cruise next summer and we'd love to know if there are excursion/s options at the ports that are less pricey than the excursions through the ship. We are not new to cruising, only new to Princess, so we understand the risks, however, $1300*8 = $10,400...we're looking to reduce that by half. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I am so glad I found you guys while searching for Alaska land and sea. Planning this trip for June, 2025 with land portion first. This series made me even more excited and gave me some really good tips. Now, to watch more of your adventures! Take care

I rode the Skyline in the middle of the night on my Connie 14.. what a cool ride. i dont remember what time of the year it was.. overlooks at night were cool to see all the towns.. and definitely watch for all the wildlife on the road

I just went to Multnomah falls last weekend for my brothers cross country meet and we got to stay at a millitary base and we went to the goonies house and short circuit house. My mom told me to do the truffle shuffle infront of the goonie house and after that for the next day i went to the ocean for the first time in my life then we also went to the goonie rock Oregon is truly a beautiful place

Love your video! I recommend using another company for shore excursions to lower cost and go on better tours. I use Viator.

The nearest stop to Wrexham on your itenerary would probably be Holyhead, from there you are probably on average about a 2 hour drive away :)
