Tank update
Просмотров 205 лет назад
Haven't done a tank video in a while just a update. 2 months ago I had a ph spike and a pump down. Now that the tank is cleaner and the pump is going again I can see all kinda stuff growing very well. Cichlids have beat down the grass a little but I will be cleaning some of that out. Enjoy the video and please like, share, and subscribe!! For more updates coming in 2019!

Sooo cute ❤
So cute
Be patient he says and then proceedes to use plyers and rips radio apart
lol yea i was trying to be patient but the face was already separated and was jamming me up so i decided not to try and save it.. plastic was a little brittle :)
Thank you for the very clever video with the hanger.
I have the red interior too. But my outside is two-tone, red and black. I want to keep my old radio and just try and figure out why it’s not working.
same
Thank you. That was very helpful.
How do you take out the new unit? Does it just get stuck in the dash?
Wish I had that answer, I think I’m gonna take off this beauty ring and see if I can’t slide it out
I sure do appreciate your video ! I have a 96 F-150, no sound out of the old cassette player, or the radio
Wedge 2 butter knifes on the sides and it’ll pop right out. You just have to get it passed the little tabs holding it in.
i have one of these trucks with an after market stereo in there and no face plate.. how do i get that one out??
Not sure but I don't think think it's supposed to come out in multiple pieces.
Thanks for this. Still useful. On my 1995, the antenna fell out. Just a quick pull, plug and replace.
Awesome video, thanks.
I got power but no sound!!!
I have the same problem did you ever figure it out?
Easy out how do you wire speakers to og amp and where is the old amp located?
That looks like a radio I in my wife's Oldsmobile.
I have an aftermarket radio in mine and want to replace it. However, can't seem to find out how to get it out of the dash. Doesn't look like I can use the coat hanger trick.
Great video very helpful 👍
Hey how do you take the aftermarket unit out?
When you take the ring around face plate off there are spots to stick little flat tool in each side and it unlocks it from the mount
Doing my 95. Bought my sony off ebay. Look carefully as you may find a deal with the wire tool and the wire kit. Just read the manual its all too simple amymore. Oh yeah busted my faceplate too lol Thanks
Thanks for the tips man appreciate it
W.t.heck! The part I needed to see yo ass didn't put ur camera on what u were messing with
Quick tip for everyone. I see everyone using wire and other flimsy stuff. Don’t do that!! Use two small screw drivers, just small enough the head fits through the holes. Start on an angle outwards then push the handles outwards as you pull back, I’ve done it a few times and it’s not that hard
Nope it's not that hard don't mean everyone has little screw drivers laying around when they decide to upgrade from factory radio. Key is to work with what you have. If your not saving the old radio what's it matter of it breaks
sbmiller100 fair enough, just figured I’d drop a comment for those who want to save them, personally I just installed a factory deck I found in my truck to replace the aftermarket one
@@Beandiptheredneck That's cool if you have factory one that works mine was static and glitched alot like most do if I had a good factory I'd put it back in as well
sbmiller100 I have 2 actually 😂 I’m a parts hoarder and working on a partial restoration so I’m going for as close to factory as I can
@@Beandiptheredneckmy bro and I built my truck.. The only thing we didn't touch was cab and int. Everything else has been redone I have a short video posted but need to get all my pics together and show the build. Only thing I have left is to finish the body work and paint it.
Doing mine right now having the same damn problem. Think ill spray just tiny shot of WD in those holes. Thank you for posting..Because we all. Hate breaking things. And plastic doesn't hold up over time. As in those. Damn plastic vacuum lines. I just re did on my 26 year old Bronco amazing how nice it runs now.actullay removed the pvc all togather. & put a Tiny KN filter on end of the hose at vavle Cover AS A BREATHER. WE dont need dirty air and carbon build up in our top ends do we.?. Does more damage than good. And don't Plug that hole . or youll. Build up Pressure. Blowout oil pan and vavle cover Gaskets. Let it just breathe . is what i did .or some people will route A hose from pvc to the Air intake side Under the Air filter instead. So its at least some what filtered air instead.. It help preserve the top end . I have 263k + on 5.8 roller motor & its still going strong.. Ford did come out with a roller cam in some of their motors from the factory. Starting in late 1993.on 5.8 Peace and blessing to all. Runs better and helps On MPG.
No …
After you changed out the radio did all your static noises go away? I have a 1992 and mostly every station is static. I just replaced all the speakers and still have static. I also have a jvc radio but haven’t put it in yet.
No I had static before the change now out of 3 vehicles that picks up best stations in my area
Why.....can’t people just go in & out the lid instead of violating the integrity of the bucket??.
Hey I did the same thing when taking out my old Radio. Damn I don't feel bad now. LOL
Thanks for your 2am wisdom sir.
Did your radio come with the metal bracket/dash piece or did you buy it separately?
Comes with new head unit normally already on unit and you need to take it off to install it for new unit to slide in
I put one those cassette adapters that adapt into a aux cord in my radio and when i click eject it says error 2. Do u know how to fix that? There is a cord hanging from my radio now and dosent look clean. Any suggestion to get it out or fix the error.?
Not to sure you would have to check your owners manual for your car under radio function so see if there are any tips or tricks
@@sbmiller100 alright man thanks
you pushed them in way to far. you was only post to go about half way in instead of forcing them in to the back, just saying.
Thanks for posting doing mine today!
Hi joe, did you have any luck getting your factory radio out? sometimes they can be a pain.
I. am going to do mine .thanks
I can’t get mine to budge any suggestions?
Inside them holes there's a small metal piece that locks it in when you push in need to pull it to the center of radio on both sides it sometimes needs a good swift wiggle too
convict is not an african chiclid. Is from south américa.
followed steps provided; even broke the faceplate. found out the plugs don't fit my new stereo.
Most aftermarket radios arnt plug and play. you need to buy a wiring harness for almost every one lol should of done more research beforehand
+Nuxxy wasn't original stereo but now I know
I’ve got a similar problem and can’t find a harness, did you ever find one
Mine is sitting most of the way out but can get it out all the way
I put one those cassette adapters that adapt into a aux cord in my radio and when i click eject it says error 2. Do u know how to fix that? There is a cord hanging from my radio now and dosent look clean. Any suggestion to get it out or fix the error.?
where did you buy that in dash wiring harness? do you have a part name or something been looking for them everywhere
Luca Farace aftermarket stereo wiring harness can find them cheap on Amazon and eBay
@@sbmiller100 I just did mine today but I have the wrong harness and it won’t work, I can’t find the Luca farace one on Amazon either, do you know what else will work? Great video by the way. Very helpful!
@@jacksoroka4971 Hey Jack ! Crutchfield out of Virginia, and they're very nice folks down there ! Good luck guy.
nice vid bro i knew u put it up first time watchin it tho we need to get a good vid of our subs bassin and slow it down for wicked flex
There is the PROPER removal tool for the ford radios. Amazon, ebay, walmart, all sells them
ha ha why waste money when I have tons of hangers? I make due with what I have if I'm only using it once lol

You could use any car stereo for the 94 Ford F-150?
Vili Tupou Yea just need a wiring adapter for that year and make then match and connect wires to back of unit then plug into factory harness. Very simple without cutting anything... can get them for about 8 bucks on Amazon
Vili Tupou any after market unit can be hooked up that way.
Aight cool thanks
What car stereo is that?
Vili Tupou Just a cheap jvc unit. Only reason I changed it was cause the old factory one was full of static sound
So you just bought a wiring harness for the radio and connected all the wires, then they plugged right into the existing ones, nice
i cant find the radio harness for my 94 ford f150 flareside
Well that was predictable before they even started. Bigger tires, tire chains, and the hitch point was higher on the John Deere which took weight off the tires of the Craftsman. Can't get any more predictable than that.
Mike B was just for fun lol did u like the shiny balls on that deer lmao
I didn't see them till just now! The John Deere must weigh about 200 pounds more than the other. I just bought three non running John Deere like the one in this video fro $600. Plan to get at least two of them operational. They have a frame like a tank. They really are GARDEN tractors not just a simple lawn mower.
Mike B that deer was nice they are mini tanks. I bet that could have pulled a sled to a finish line with no problem lol.. Don't wanna get them stuck though need a 4x4 or winch to get them out lol.
Actually the Deere weighs around 500lbs more than the Craftsman. A John Deere 214 with a set of 50lb wheel weights weighs over 900lbs. An average LT the size of that craftsman weighs 400-450lbs.
Garden Tractors that deer was heavy we got it stuck and it was sinking just sitting in the muck. Took a winch and a tree to get it out and it was a pain. 5 guys couldn't budge it. lesson learned lmao
She's gorgeous!
after you replace the rubber into the mount what were you prying at, couldnt hear you?
barb miller it is a crimp type mount with tabs you pry back to get it off and hammer the new tabs over the same way it was before. had a lot of vibration and now none at all 😀
Very informative! Thank you for posting. Now I know how to put one of these together
You can make smaller style like this you just need smaller bucket and fittings, I wouldn't go no less then 5/8 on hose and use a bigger pump around 250 to 300 gph that you can control the flow of water.
Vroom vroom!!! Take me for a ride!!!!! I'm going through mud withdrawal!!!
i took the rear 8 inch pully off and put a new 3 inch pully on with a shorter drive belt, then put a gas peddle on with a strong spring to pull it back to idle...
howd you do that, very intresting!!
