I can't find the video I watched or I would link it, but it was super weird and definitely not worth it lol, cause if you mess up it can destroy the Rep. I would just put it on a "T" of pillars and place the rep backwards so the back of the Rep is facing towards the war room so you can access it

Roughly the same as you, just around 15k hours. Unfortunately it isn't just this game, every modern game is slowly becoming unplayable. No passion in games anymore, all about the $$. There is literally no reason not to anymore, we didn't even need a soaker to wipe any of the Element Terminals on our server, we just flew the Zepp right in LoS'ing everything and blowing the gen. Game is in a joke of a state right now.

You can use a Cosmo (easiest) or you can use a climbing pick (should be able to) if none of those options work for you, unfortunately you will have to build up to it with ladders. I don’t test a climbing pick, but that should work. I can test later.

The only, and I mean probably only good thing to come from Ab, in regard to Pyromane counters are plant Z. But yeah, the zeppelin hurts the game more than the Pyromane. Even though it technically is the same concept as the skiff, which was allowed on ab, it’s just way too cheap for how much it can do. Gotta love it! =]

Haha I don’t think it’s so much about the Dev’s prioritizing one or the other. I could care less if they wanted to spend a month on PvE. The issue is there is 0 balancing between the 2. Things they release that have a more PvE feel to it lately has been having a massive negative impact on PvP that they just completely overlook. I appreciate the comment nonetheless =]

I think people will always find a way to mesh something, but from looking at the surrounding mesh and how they would mesh it, I believe it would be harder than just a simple mesh.

Unfortunately hard to deal with meshing, kind of unfortunate, no thanks to WildCard. But out of all the time I've spent on ASE, I maybe saw 1-2 spots get fixed by WC. I wouldn't hold your breath on having them patch it lol.

I mean of course meshing is always an option that is almost unavoidable. Upon testing on creative with a buddy, I'm not sure if it is a bug or if they changed how the Rail Gun works on ASA, but we found out that structures block the rail gun now. So as long as you enclose the rathole on the inside, you can't get rail gunned. What about Parasaurs? Thanks =]

Damn that sucks. My buddy had that issue and it went away. It has to do with UE5’s Lumen. Have you tried this command? r.Lumen.ScreenProbeGather.Temporal.DistanceThreshold 0.1 Also I’m sure you tried turning down global illumination to low and turning off interactive foliage/water. Hope they fix it! And don’t worry, you aren’t missing too much from Ab haha!

Eh, this more of an actual legit spot I feel like. It wasn't necessarily they messed up kind of thing. No weird terrain textures, looks almost intentional on the inside. Also it is WC, they have yet to patch the spot by Portal that has the weird collision issues in the ground. So I wouldn't hold your breath haha. But I see what they were trying to do with Dino’s being allowed on it because you know, doesn’t have a tractor beam like the skiff. However, it just does not work for PvP. Build limit is wayyyyy too high, I agree!

@@FatCatArk The issue is that these videos only put these spots on the maps for the devs to patch which is a shame. I found the portal one legit and was built in there from the very beginning then vindactur leaks the spot, like bro just killing the spot for anyone built in it. Just waiting for the day that the devs patch it now. Realistically, it's a good spot but aint broken, they should just make the entrance a little bigger and it will still be strong but it'll be like a mini cave. The devs do not give a fuck about the player base, and they will patch good PVP base spots before they patch all the mesh holes in videos which is a shame

While I agree to a certain degree, you are right, it does shine a light on these spots, but it is insane how many spots stayed on ASE after they were exposed. My buddy found that portal spot legit too, but we kinda knew it was sort of against ToS, so luckily I found this spot. But in my opinion, I highly, highly doubt they will patch this spot. I wholeheartedly agree though, the devs are completely useless, and sadly, that rings true for a lot of modern games and how devs are handling them. It is a money issue right now, however the way that they approached it was probably the worst way possible. Thanks for the comment, love to see discussion! =]

If i remember correctly, you can go to your settings, then all of the way to the right you can set your exo-mek hotkeys. Check there and see if you can add it that way

Unfortunately ASA will never be played, I played it day 1 and refunded it the same day. They focused too much on visuals rather than the game breaking issues ASE already had that transitioned into ASA. I wanted to love it, but sadly it stops at ASE :(. Still not sure if I’ll continue the channel with me playing other games or just retire the channel all together. With two kids and a job it’s hard to keep up.

Hey! So if on official I would use: Pillars - build them up to the height you want then place turrets on top. Downside is they take up a decent amount of room so you may run into space issues. Fence supports/pillar - put fence supports down and then snap a pillar to the height you want, then place turrets on top of the pillar. Downside is the fence supports don’t have a lot of HP Unofficial: Hatchframes - best option, just mesh the double door frames/hatch frames into the walls so they don’t stick out far. Or float the turrets on the hatch frame. Just place the turrets on the terrain up top. Some unofficial servers allow you to place turrets pretty much anywhere. Hope that helps!
