with the zenkais i know its not the og manga but in the super manga its stated that goku and vegeta stopped having zenkais so i imagine they just get smaller until they no longer occur after a certain strength threshold

personally i think the sayians did live on an orginal planet called sadala and maybe moved under colds reign to vegeta it makes sense since thats what there job is and is cool lore just ton show how self destructive the sayians were and that their destruction was really their own doing

If you go by how the story's written, they probably did. But in my opinion, logically, they didn't. As much as I loathe power levels because of how nonsensical they are and how they kind of break logic and immersion, we can sort of utilize them to see how unlikely Krillin or Tien would have been to have reached that level. After having his potential unlocked by Guru, Krillin's PL was 15,000 (correct me if I'm wrong). That's fine and dandy but keep in mind it was only around 1,500 prior to this. And that's after all of that training and combat experience alongside Goku and Gohan. Tien hadn't reached over 2,000, even after training with Kami for a year. We did see Tien help dispatch the Ginyu Force, though people would argue that it was filler and non-canon. Even if we consider it canon, however, he's probably not more than 50,000. Frieza was listed as 430,000. In his most suppressed form. That's almost ten times Tien's high-ball estimate. But then Frieza gets extra dumb and hits 1,000,000. The characters were losing their minds because the highest they'd seen prior to this was Ginyu at 120,000 and Goku at 80,000 (though I don't think they even knew their PLs). If a protagonist had a PL of weakest-form Frieza and was fighting antagonists at the level of the protagonists, it would have been a two-second fodder scene. Then Frieza surprises everyone by getting twice as strong in his next form. But that's not all, there's more and more! And then POP! Suddenly he's 120,000,000! That's 1,000x as strong as Ginyu! Almost 10,000x Krillin! Of course, in the span of a couple of hours Goku goes from 80,000 to 150,000,000, but that's just silliness. My point is, for someone like Krillin or Tien to go from 50,000 (max) to over 150,000,000 in the span of even a decade seems illogical, especially considering that Tien spent very little time with anyone more powerful than him to train with and Krillin tends to prioritize other things. I know that Krillin did a decent job fighting against Cell and Tien had his moment against Cell and Buu (and they both beat back some Cell Juniors), but if we consider PLs canon, then I don't think they would come close to Frieza's 120,000,000. It's just too insurmountable a mountain. Let me also add that the Saiyans tend to rely on their transformations. Without that 50/100/400x multiplier, the Saiyans hypothetically aren't at Frieza's level, either. But if we use Toriyama/anime logic, they probably did surpass Frieza. haha
