This is a really nice little Morse sounder, but this is no spark gap transmitter. You got the spark, I give you that, but you don't have the capacitor to create the oscillator circuit, you don't have an antenna. What you have here is more or less a off closed relay that is cutting it's own power. The capacitor is missing, the coupler to the antenna is missing, the antenna is missing. + de DL7HH dDdDd
