This is soooo Next level✨️you know this is where I've been for I would say almost 2 years now is peace, doing everything I could to keep it! I've literally been on what I would call my peace journey and it's been awesome! I have some habits that work great to achieve my peace like having that moment of quietness,no phone,no tv no distractions, then I choose a place or a drive solo to get away from the noise and chaos of the world, where there are peaceful vibesss and clearing of the mind along with prayer, daily devotional and Journaling which I need to get back to that part and yeah movement is always apart of it as well! You're God sent bro you're speaking to my soul right know and giving me more habits for a peace warrior for my peaceful journey 👈🏽 did you catch that😄👏🏽yessir my man thank you so much for this! You are the best for real, I told you once the world hears you which I feel like your definitely there now! Why is it that, as for me, i get too inside my junk and react out of emotions and feelings. Like i have to constantly sacrifice who and what i am. I am a very compassionate person but along with i have become very insecure and struggle with my identity of who i am in this shell and cocoone i encased myself in. Brian , you have found the path in which i myself want to be on. Instead of being fueled by loss , anger and depression. You are teaching me personally about Movement , Meditation , and Prayer. That i can become The Warrior that is inside of me. Peace , Love , and Happiness is obtainable but i still have to put in the work. With men like you Brian and the Pathos gentlemen and men that come to The Bible Study Group on Fridays , i really feel the chains and shackles are breaking and the Freedom that comes with that will set me free. Good content as always Brian. You are a picture of health and wellness that i so desire to want in my own life. Thank you for your friendship and inspiring words. I have a new beginning and fresh start to be the person and man that i always wanted to be but never reaching out to receive it. Through your lesson i am going to focus on Movement , Meditation , Prayer. Amen to this brother! After my dad passed away I went into a spiral during and after lockdown, from the outside looking in everything looked fine but it wasn’t. My marriage was failing, I wasn’t being the father I was born to be, I was selfish and suffering from depression. My anxiety was also through the roof God found me in the fire and I returned to my faith. I started also lifting again (again, again!) started putting on weight. Stopped drinking now 2 years, although not an alcoholic, it was my coping mechanism. I’ve been humbled and now full of love and gratitude. As the story goes (the alchemist) I went looking everywhere for happiness but it was right in front of me the whole time Thank you Brian for these video, truly, I came across your stuff at the right time and have become part of my journey Cheers mate Gav
