Good morning Dave, Thanks for this video. We know each other from OGR forum "chris a".... Progress on your layout is looking really impressive. The bridges, retaining walls look very realistic as well as the weathering on all the rolling stock is really "top notch"...

That Pennys K4 is a beauty, and I really like how you have weathered those hoppers! Those EMD SD's are always striking too! The Pennsy L1 is another favorite and I'd love to pick up an H10 one of these days. I always enjoy seeing your layout and marvel at the work you have done. Have you heard about the Holiday Box Car Challenge I started on Thanksgiving Day? I'd love for you to participate. It's just a for fun challenge for folks to do during the holiday season. Stats for the benefit of viewers are as follows: Model of Alamosa Colorado to Chama New Mexico 1949/50. 30 X 50 basement. Scale On36 & P48 dual gauge. 300 ft mainline. Prototypical 4 % grades. Elevations from 42" to 66" at Cumbres Pass.

That’s the absolute best way to go. Own the land. Own the building. I think you will probably be inside your building by late February, early March. Depending of course on the bureaucracy, and the weather. Congratulations and good luck. I look forward to videos of your progress.

Nice haul! I just saw your channel on my feed and subscribed. You sure got a lot of neat stuff, especially the Pennsy S2 and the Pennsy hoppers. I've met a lot of fellow RUclipsr's at York, over the last few shows. I met Corey at this show. He is a great guy and he subscribed to my channel. He has a nice set-up at his house and he does the NYC Subway System proud. Either way, an excellent video, all the way around.
