Hi, thanks for watching. Don’t open it on the car itself. Take it completely off the car and then open it. There is a steel seal and you can’t tighten it properly . You will find then the right torx

@@risting-pc-service5150 no no, i’m saying that it’s easy to clean egr and cooler unit when it’s completely taken off the car . Then you can easy open and clean and proper tighten torx bolts to put it back toghether

Thanks for watching and appreciation. I have done 2 .5 k miles since that video and just took it apart again to check and also do a leak on the starter motor. Everthing looks as i fitted yeasterday, and also charging 14,3 v in race mode and 13 v in iddle. So go ahead and do it. RM all the way. Also did bearings now but no problem with the old ones . I will have some more content about R1 soon.

😂exact ca in video am desfacut. Grija la suruburile alea torx. Mai am si alte video cu audi pe canalul meu.
@@ciprianandronescu3339 eram interesat dacă pot desface doar racitorul fără sa demontez și valvola.... Am întrebat pe diferite persoane și mi-au spus ca fără a demonta valvola nu se poate. Eu la tine în video dacă nu ma înșel am văzut ca au desfăcut inițial doar racitorul.... Mulțumesc de raspunsa
Am desfacut da , dar m-am chinuit. Nu recomand sa desfaci doar racitorul pt ca are o garnitura de tabla si e greu de desfacut apoi la montat e si mai greu si risti sa nu etanseze bine si o sa iti scape antigel in partea de gaze si le baga in motor in ardere si numai rau faci de acolo. . Dat jos complet si curatat. Oricum valvele o sa fie si ele blocate asa cel mai bine urmareste tot clipul si vezi acolo cum dai toata unitatea jos si gata. Daca te gandesti sa o schimbi cu totul pune doar pe original Valeo. Si trebuie calibrat EGR pe masina altfel o sa deschida flapsurile doar la valoarea de acum si gradul de incarcare de acum ca si asta veche de pe masina. Succes.

Salutare ,da, EGR trebuie calibrat pe masina ca sa deschida fluxul de gaze la parametrii normali . Like share si abonare , am si alte clipuri cu vag pe canalul meu.

You can also change the temperature fan on off thermostat located in the radiator for one that cuts the fan in at around 85 degrees saving you the hassle of manually switching on the fan.. Here is the model I used for my Yamaha Thunderace,they may be the same. I suspect you can get one also for the R1 or modify the Radiator etc. SKU MPW-230308

Hi, how did you re seal the oil pan with it in place?
Yes i did. It’s a bit tricky but it doesn’t leak. Don’t go mad on silicone and always leave it at least 2 hours to dry before starting engine. Make sure that circlip of the hex drive spins in it’s groove just to be sure it spring in place .
hub nut torque spek?
Nylon nut. There is a torque. Look in the manual and torque it. Didn’t video that part . Hope you found rest of vid useful

Would you go with rmstator again?
No issues since fitted that on the bike. Also for the sake of few pounds for a new gasket you can take it off after 2 or 3k miles and inspect and a voltage display will also help alot keeping an eye on , if it’s always 14.something volts you know everything it’s ok.
@@ciprianandronescu3339 okay im thinking probably wire a volt meter in as well. But all in all. If you got another r1 or even fz1 you wouldnt mind doing the rmstator branded flywheel again to save some money? How many kms or miles have you put on it?

@@n.m.mn.m.m2078 RM all the way for the money save. Seen Yamaha’s version looks same, went on forums and everyone said same thing about RM satisfied users. You can try this though if you still have doubts, get the OEM flywheel and take your stator to be rewired by certified companys. And you’ll save money.

Abonează-te ca e very hard sa faci clipuri video cu mașini Opel dezbracate. Obligatoriu rola pompei fiind blocata de suruburi, si axul pompei trebuie sa fie exact in pozitia in care s-a demontat pt ca ai ori canal cu panä ori ghidajul acela mic. Trebuie pus exact altfel risti sa se invarta axul pe rolä si riști distributia.

Mulțumesc pentru răspuns, nu are cum M8 pentru ca diametru bucșei pe caneluri are 11mm, deci burghiul ar trebui să aibă undeva între 10,5mm și 10,7.

Like share and subscribe, i have more vids on my RUclips about 2.0 tdi. The Magnific has 146k miles but serviced regularly so i suggest replacing the hex drive even if you got less miles unless you know your car been looked after.
Do you think oil pan should be taken off and cleaned out is it necessary
It depends more on the state of the assembly, rotor &stator , on the how bad it looks damaged. I guess mine happened and damage was minimal as you can see kinda everything stayed inside the flywheel. Best yes oil pan taken out for your piece of mind but i think new oil mixed with a can of engine flush and drain and then new oil and filter should do the job, also check the old oil through a cloth for pieces.
Apparently after 2008 the stator were much better.did you put a upgraded back in with a solid magnet or did you go for a later stator with the 16 magnets

Hi thank you so much, explained very well how to take the thing off. I think it would be easier to dismount the whole assembly (valve+cooler) instead of separating the two. But I did it anyway because I wasn't certain this would be my issue. Sadly, one of the screws going into the exhaust manifold broke, so be careful to, maybe let your engine heat up a little beforehand? Or maybe put some WD-40 on those two screws. Last thing you didn't mention is the mileage, mine had 180k kms and looked as dirty as yours, I also had the error code (low egr pressure) so if anyone has the error code and that much kms, it's almost certain that this part is the issue

P0401 e de la EGR doar. Trebuie curatat sau schimbat.
Aboneazate la canal si vezi clipuri cu 2.0 tdi
Dacă ai desfăcut răcitor la egr ai înlocuit garnitura?ai un cod pt ea te rog?vreau și eu sa il desfac sa il curat.si ce alte garnituri mai trebuie înlocuite?
@@silviugligor2395 salutare, nu am cod , racitorul am desfacut doar sa arat cauza codului de eroare si in general problema cu EGR , am inlocuit piesa cu o unitate noua OEM Valeo. Recomand piesele originale.
Din câte vad apare calamina și în unitatea cu partea electrica a egr ului...nu cred ca problema e doar ca se infunda racitorul...ci tot sistemul. Mersi de sfaturi. Eu o sa încerc sa curat tot în prima faza.

La etrieri cu parcare electrica doar pereche original TRW si noi. Pica motorasul electric si doar platforma o salveaza. Nu de mult am schimbat la un Audi. Daca e fara parcare electric atunci linistit after market.

What were the symptoms of your stator going bad?
Subscribe 4 new exciting videos. So easy just to ask stuff but so hard to do this kind of vid. Also got other stuff about R1 on my channel. If you already subs i do apologise. Now back to you.- not so long before i had the issue with stator i had myself fitted a voltage meter because i knew the problems of this model. When it was ok stator was putting out 14.3 v , one day after a while went out for ride and it dropped from 14. to 12.something volts and very quickly went to 9v . And dead. It had to be failed stator and thsnks to my vastly and superior knowledge I didn’t try to jumpstart or push it or do anything else because it’s then when pieces of stator falls inside the crank case. Hence all the gone engines. Got a van , took it home , took everything out and as you can see in video, it was busted but it stayed in the flywheel. Enjoy.
Use Mr Muscle to clean it (oven cleaner) it melts that carbon off like butter 🤙

How do I bleed the engine water when I install a new part?
Top up coolant in the expansion tank and run engine in idle for few minutes. Then take it for a drive and top up again if need it. No special procedure

Salut, am montat turbina reconditionata, central+ geometrie, am pus o pe masina si de 5 zile pana in prezent tot face ulei+ bule la imbinari.. ce sa fie? Turbina reconditionata prost ? Teava de deasupra ei ce duce la racitor ? Multumesc !
Salut , am patit la fel cu cea precedenta , ar trebui sa o duci sa o vada cei care au reconditionat-o. Nu trebuie sa scape presiunea de aer. In timp poate disparea problema( la un Hilux 2012 dupa aprox 3 luni nu mai facea bulele alea) dar mai bine sa treci pe la ei sa vezi ce zic. In cazul de fata cu bmw am dat jos si proprietarul a luat piesa intreaga turbo complet si a fost ok. Daca tot “papă” ulei schimba diafragma la epuratorul de gaze (🙂 like , share &subscribe )

@@raullataianu3966 țeava nu vad de ce sa aiba legatura, ea are gaze de ardere si tu ai probleme pe partea rece a turbinei, deci e doar problemă de etansare.Cum am zis poate in timp de la dilatare/contractare si ceva vapori de ulei poate sa dispara problema asta. Dar cel mai bine mergi la ei inapoi.
Discul ar trebuii sa fie prins in suruburi, ca eu la.m gasit neprins. Cum e normal?
Discul ar trebui sa aiba surubul ala mic cu cap torx pt a sta centrat pe butuc cand roata e jos . Multi “mecanici “ il pun fara . Pericol nu este ca nu il ai ca discul e tinut de prezoane cand roata e montata si stresul mecanic la franare e preluat de prezoane deci nu o sa se intample nimic, rolul surubelului e doar la montarea discului ca tine tot centrat . Cand schimbi discul ar trebui sa ai si surubul acela mic si il pui si te ajuta strict la montat atat .

Greetings, how much damage does the axle have to be in order to damage the turbo
The damage will be on the entire engine not only on the turbo from lack of lubrication. In my case the axle wasn’t that bad and I’ve changed it as precaution but it would have lasted a bit longer.

It still got magnets on the flywheel but they are behind that sleeve. Upgraded flywheel
The oil and heat breaks the proxy down over time.look at the new upgraded stator which he's used with one solid magnet

A comm down below in comm section a guy sais it had been quoted for 700£ from a garage, ridiculous. I don’t have an exact ideea how much cuse i don’t know how garage looks like i have never been in one with my car, only for mot 🤭🤭🤭🤭

Salutare , când se pune altă turbină pe mașină, trebuie facute ceva setări din calculatorul mașinii? Sau merge așa pur și simplu fără a face cv din calculatorul mașinii, sau la turbina recondiționată se face cv sau la fel nu se face nimic din calculatorul mașinii??
Buna intrebare. Nu sunt sigur 100% , in calculator umbli doar cand se schimba ceva debite de aer dar daca tu pui aceeasi model de turbo sau un turbo reconditionat si doar curatat intercooler de ulei si atat, nu vad de ce nu ar merge. Am schimbat la bmw din clip si la alte marci gen Toyota si Land Rover Defender relativ recente ca si an fabricatie si merg foarte bine fara sa schimb ceva in calculator. Canalul meu de youtube, ca si hobby gen , au functionat reparatiile, altii gen service specializate pot sa zica altfel in sensul ca poate ca trebuie ceva setat din calculator.

Clarke CHT144 40-Pce TORX HEX Star Socket Spline & Bit Holder Set And i’ve use the bit with a ratchet spanner to save space and I managed to get them loose. Make sure you use a bit of cloth to loch the bit in the ratchet spanner so you don’t lose it and it will work as a charm. There is not much room. Next video will be about how to change you hex drive key of the oil pump because it will round it off and won’t drive oil pump and you will have engine failure. Thanks for watching, please subscribe.

@@jackhodge-xh5hr all unit comes off together (EGR valve and EGR cooler) . Not the actual cooler of the car that can stay on car.
I am doing my EGR right now and thanks to your help I have it off. Access is real tight ay. Just a quick one, when fitting the new valve and cooler do you fit it dry straight out of the box or do you need to fill the cooler with coolant first? Thanks again!!

De ce nu pui si tablițele alea care aluneca.plavutele pe ele
Minutul 7:30 o sa vezi placutza veche si nu are tablita aia culisanta. Unele modele de placute se monteaza direct pe carucior, alte nu. Unele vin si cu alte suruburi pt etrieri, altele nu. Depinde de marca producatoare. Nu cred ca e vreun mecanic atat de inconstient sa aiba tablitele alea si pur si simplu sa le arunce. Like share Si subscribe. Ca io am muncit la clipul ala si cine isi repara si are nevoie de o indicatiestie repede doar sa comenteze si atat

My issue on my 2007 r6 is the frame gets so freaking hit it burns my knee. I put a heat temp gun on it after riding and the frame is getting up to 150 degrees. I put heat sheild adhesive inside the frame didn’t do anything maybe knocked it down 3 degrees. Tried water wetter and distilled water can’t even see a difference with that bike still climbs to 214 when I stop stays around 190 on the freeway at 70 mph. It drives me nuts the 07 r6 has that stupid plastic piece ant the bottom of the gas tank so I can’t find any tank grips. Everytime I slow down I just slide forward and burn my knee on the frame
