I’m about to start taking these. Unfortunately because of supply chain issues caused by Brexit, I am struggling to get hold of them. I go away to Turkey in less than 2 weeks and I was hoping I could start taking them so I’m not a sweaty mess on my holiday :(

i related so much to this video, like people take it for granted, i feel so jealous of people that are able wear a hoodie in hot weather.

Well, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Although it actually took about 72 hours for the my sweating to normalize, I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day.

I can totally relate to what you’re going through and there’s only so much you can do when on vacation. Something that’s worked for me with my face and neck area is an antiperspirant spray called ‘no more sweat’. It works wonders!! It’s uncomfortable when applying but it’s so worth it. And when I’m out and I get randomly hot, I use a body wipe called ‘Gatsby Ice Type wipes’. It gives you temporary cooling relief. Not sure how it works but it’s got some chemical that makes you cold. Really worth a try 👌🏼

My guide is simple. Find other like minded people. Don't go clubbing and hang with them instead. I'm gonna have a million times more fun doing that than going to any club ever would. Loud music, getting wasted and all things related to freshers week just seems like such a horrible idea. Its not like you can make friends in an environment like that, so my best tip is don't waste your time going in the first place.

I’ve got hyperhydrosis and I have it in my feet and hands and it’s really bad like my socks smell that bad from the sweat all my shoes stink and my room just stinks of pure sweat and I can’t handshake anyone because they just say why are you hands wet and it really has effected bro

Sounds like you had a lovely moment with her. The concert meet and greet packages are so expensive but I’m glad she has started doing these in recent years. It gives people the opportunity and as long as they know what to expect, that helps avoid disappointment so videos like this are super helpful. I was lucky enough to meet where I am outside hotels and things in London several years back. I would consider doing a concert meet and greet one day in the future.

You're not alone mate. I've had it since I was 13. I get it really bad under my arms, hands and feet. Keep your head up because you're not alone🙂

Did it ever make you go red in the face or where u sweat and make u feel warm but not sweat. It happened to me today but I’ve been taking the pills for the last 3 days and been fine. I called the doctors and they said it sounds like I’ve had a reaction to it and to stop taking the pills but it’s the only thing that’s worked for me and they’re saying they can’t give me anything else. It’s only happened today though xx

Thanks for the video mate, i have similar symptoms. I was just prescribed Pro-Pathine; I take one a day. Hopefully looking forward to sitting on the train and not sweating profusely
