I use Sonax Fallout. Good stuff.

It's hydrochloric acid that removes the rust. Hard on the paint, and highly corrosive, so wash it off, and neutralize.

LMFAOOO i noticed the TBSS rims and here i am trying to remove some rust stains that are happening on my actual TBSS because of my door jams that have rust underneath the doors and drip onto the side skirts which are leaving big orange stains.

Wd40 is a great tool for removing tar and contaminants from just about anything. The only thing I would say is to use a specific tar remover on paint work as wd40 can blemish the paint work on some paint styles. I would also say never use it on single stage paint on older cars. But wheel barrels and in the wheel arches, on mud flaps etc nothing better than wd40 for a quick cheap solution.
