Watching you do the steps to prevent dust from entering the watch case, removing fingerprints from the film yet, NOT USING finger cots was MADNESS. You are a genius! How did you learn all this knowledge? I have a retro Timex Ironman that stopped making sounds since my last battery change. Obviously something done to it by the jeweler. I’ve read that there’s a spring that touches the backplate in order to make the speaker work. I’m assuming it was lost during that battery change. That watch was the last present my dad ever gave me before he passed. Means a lot to me. I really want it to work again as it should. Would you be able to fix that for me? After watching this video I’m sure my problem is a joke for your talent. Would greatly appreciate bringing my watch back to 100% working order. Thank you for your time.

Great video man, I have the exact same watch and it really helps to know that there are small springs in there I need to be really careful with. When im gonna do this mod I will follow the exact same steps! Again, great video :) Note to everyone who wants to do this mod. Don’t get polarizing film from temu, yes it’s way cheaper, but the real deal is recommended. Use a low quality polarizing film on a test watch before performing on your “main” watch

The bubble makes me wonder if you could create a bubble on purpose with a colored gas, if one exists, to add an awesome effect. Would be pretty epic to have a colored bubble matching the theme floating around.

what would you charge to change a pro trek PRW-3510Y from negative to positive? :) its a round display. I would accept the risk with no risk to you (you could use it in a video for round displays). My eyes arent as good as they use to be and hands aren't as steady as they use to be....

I know im 4 years late but id like the pint battery info too plz 🙏 😀 not sure how hawaii airport will react. They are very aware of hoverboard incidents and lump all self balancing boards into one category (on the airline im flying) maybe according to tsa and battery specs, they may let it get passed tsa. That would be my only concern i guess 🤷

Question. at 29:06 , can you also put your precut polarizing filter in first? And then assemble everything again? Would this work and make the display visible or would the filter just fall out? (unless you use an adhesive filter of course)

Is it better for visibility if I remove the stock display polarizing filter and replace it with the coloured one? Thank you very much!! planning this for my GW-5000U
