Unique drone views of the four powerful laser beams of ESO's Very Large Telescope (VLT) at the Cerro Paranal Observatory in Chile. At the beginning of the night the orange Lasers are shooting in the sky to measure the turbulence of the atmosphere, which is then corrected by a so called Adaptive Optics Systems. This spectacular and unique drone footage was taken during a test of the lasers in twilight in coordination with the science team at the control room of the telescopes.
