This is badass love seeing a mopar getting the attention they deserve. This is why i have a mopar shop i love LA and RB engines. That is super annoying someone taking forever to stage messing your shit up. But that doesn’t matter it’s a mopar still taking a W.

Awesome Duster from back in my childhood. Still have the magazine with the wheelie, and this car was the catalyst for me to build my own 10 second 340 Duster a few years ago. Greg is great people also 🤘🏻.

The collector probably passed away & his kids could probably give a crap about Mopar legends, to them it's just junk.

I have been doing this since 1984....Went from a $50 non running 1964 black/black&red 4 door Polara 361 big block fixed it sold it for $800 (car looked nearly new in/out) ran perfect once new distributor/carb rebuild and set the timing..Was 180 degrees out,thus the owner gave up.. I then bought a excellent condition non running 1970 Barracuda Gran Coupe 318..repaired it sold that for $3000 big money for a teen in 1984!! I slapped in a 68 383 Magnum and 727 from a t-boned 1968 Polara..Barracuda was now a rocket,that 383 must have had a cam and head work...Then bought multiple 2 door C bodies 383&440 powered(I love them and have a few today)multiple b and e bodies of all sorts 68-74 Charger/Cuda/Road Runner/GTX etc..etc..some were rough,some were not.I even bought hundreds it seems of Cordoba's people loved them here and they sold very quick,I still have 2 78 Dodge Magnum's locve those once the lean burn and crap carb is removed,they do move very good,quick cars..I bought and sold so many,I never stopped just harder to come by without spending $40k on a beater! Well thats how I started! Glad it worked out for you as well..

So cool, Chris! That's a well planned and thought out way to achieve your car dreams. I'd get too attached and find myself unable to sell one, haha. (My method, for better or worse, was to finance my classic cars.) Your car collection is stunning. Man, when we were teenagers just starting out with cars, these were 'onobtanium'; Hemi, Six-Pack, Superbird.... So, so cool. I'm living my car dreams vicariously through you! LOL.

I actually went to go see that car in May of 2022 out in the Antelope Valley. I was very close to pulling the trigger on it but ended up buying a big block ‘72 Demon instead. When I was in high school I watched that Duster take a GSXR on Roxford.

That Challenger's not in bad shape at all.

I did see this video , I just did not realize that was Julie's old car , that I saw Run at Riverside Raceway in the 80's ? I know it had polished Centerlines back then . The color seemed more pinkish than what it looks like now ? Is that a different paint color now ? It seemed like it was a pink metallic color .
