They've used this cooler several times with this recipe and said it worked great every time. Corn can sit there 30 min or longer, even up to 3 hours.

This method of cooking cob corn works great for a large quantity of corn, especially for a picnic setting. Corn will be ready to eat for 3-4 hours.
