Welcome to The Northern Monkey Guitarist Page
The main reason for me getting into playing, my biggest reason is Gary Moore. I've been a fan of his for years and I finally had the time & money to invest in music.
As a Musician I would regard myself as a Semi Professional Luthier & enjoy getting the FULL Potential of out of the guitars I own. On a cosmetic & sound level.
Not everyone will get me, but thats just me and I've made good profit on some of my older models so I must be doing something right...

This happened the other day running Lv28 Dragon strikes with my Hunter. At the beginning of my strike the other 2 players I had done a few with left. So I was left to solo this from the beginning! Just my option Kojima Loves to use religious references with the sons after all The dates later on suggest that he would at least look old enough to be Ishmael in the game... All these comments about ho light 9g is.. I know its short scale, 24” yes 9’s will be slinky. But I play 8’s on 25.5” and 9’s on 24.75” scale. So your essentially playing 8.5g by how they feel under ypur fingers, if you even notice anything at all which you probably wont.
It's really just a choice thing the lower the guage the easier the bends. But you sacrifice sustain

How much Yui's guitar and amplifier?
Depending on budget the guitar can be 500/750 for the epiphone or 2200 for the gibson at retail. The amp is discontinued so unless you can find a local seller but usually sell for around 50

Thanks to Mio, it took me over a *YEAR* to get my Fender MIJ (Made In Japan) '62 re-issue Jazz bass (the exact same guitar as Mio's... just right handed so I can play it) It set me back about AUD$2,100. An amazing thing about the '62 re-issue MIJ is its *tone* and how close you can get it to sounding like a Precision. Also, the way you can tell a legit '62 re-issue MIJ is by the little copper bar located under the first pick up (in case you are planning to buy Mio's model of bass guitar) You can even see this little detail in the anime.. to make sure we all know how epic Mio's guitar is, because I tell you what... from experience it sounds damn good. She has damn good taste!

It was with Ems but that's not an option right now so quote expensive. Japan also has a rule that new products can't be exported so you need to look for rare seconds or buy through a 3rd party Needless to say the V and mustang are rare but they do appear if you look for them
