The Clown Van only appears once in the Game and that is in grassroots for Trevor. If you change the color, not much will happen because the van has a foil. You will only see the change in color in the interior and under the hood

So is it possible cuz if you know lethal vaccine the guy with special vehicle guides he said in a description all vehicles you can make black and he said this one but didn't show how it looks so I want to know if it's possible

With GTA V Save Editor. But you can get the car with a glitch (without the mods). I uploaded a video for that. Doesn't work on PS5, Xbox S btw

Yes the vans break really fast. Either you're lucky like me, or you run away from the van so that the opponents run to you and don't hit the van. By the way, the vans also break if you drive them for a few seconds (only in the mission).

I doubt that that is the reason. But yes, it also works with the grage glitch. If you are in the mission failed screen, wait 1min and then exit. The vehicle should be impounded.

Yeah I said it because is works on ps4 or xbox one but rockstar focuses on the newer gen versions like ps5 xbox series x/s which the glitch does not work on these versions and as you said the audience does not know about it could be another reason rockstar probably won't patch it that's what I think as well and the other reason is gta vi but only time will tell so😂😂😂
