Well done, David! You are truly an inspiration to all of us!
David, your story is absolutely incredible! From competing as a track athlete to completing ultra marathons, and now facing such a rare and challenging health battle-your resilience is truly inspiring. 💪 The fact that you’ve come through such a difficult experience and are now sharing your recovery journey is beyond motivating. I’m really looking forward to seeing how you rebuild your fitness and strength. You’ve already overcome so much, and I’m sure you’ll come back stronger than ever. Keep pushing forward-and lets motivate each other! 👏🔥
Thank you so much Gotse, for your kind words. I was reluctant to share this at first but my son’s said if it inspires just one person to get themselves fit and healthy it would be worth it. It was so nice to see you had just started a similar journey to getting fit. Hopefully, we can continue to inspire and support each other to greater things. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻💪🏼🏃🏽♂️

hartswoodrunner Thanks. Yes need to update the equipment in general. Basic GoPro being used. Have already shot some of next weeks episode and in the editing process, currently. Thank you for your support.
Yes David that was dramatic 🤣 well done great achievements ! Thanks for the kind shout out ! 👍 I am still stunned and fascinated and jealous , a man of your Calibre running 100km for 17 hours , it’s just beyond me ! I am training 3 -4 times a week and it’s thanks to your inspiration that I gather my motivation !!!👍 Great video thanks for sharing your adventures I can see you buying a gimble next and furthering your video ambition! Take care in these odd times and keep training hopefully we may be allowed to enter an event later in the year ! Brilliant effort 💪👍😊
Peter Beamish : Thank you so much Peter. I know it's not quite as dramatic as the Ultra itself but you have given me the confidence to share my exploits. Keep the training up and I hope we can continue to challenge ourselves. Stay safe and healthy, all the very best.
Outstanding effort well done I did the 2nd half so I totally understand how tough the course was ! We raised for air ambulance I can’t figure out did you do 1 day or 2 ? And why have you only got 1 video on your channel your great on a camera and powerful music I really enjoyed watching that ! I want to be able to run it this year Do you mind me asking how young you are , your an inspiration thanks for sharing your video absolutely great 👍 Keep it up keep going keep raising for charity 💪👍
Peter Beamish : Peter, thank you for your kind words, I really appreciate you taking the time to comment on the video. I completed the run in the day (Just over 17 hours. Probably spent too long with family and friends in the aid station!) I do have footage for two other videos, from the 4 event challenge and you have inspired me to edit them and get them on the channel. To answer your question, I am 55. Well done for raising money for the air ambulance, a really worthy cause. Thank you once again. David.
David Gray it’s people like you that restore the faith in the world man ! £1000 on your own that takes Guts and determination , Sorry to remind you but 55 holy smoke your allowed to blow smoke out of your backside sir ! I expect to see your videos I await with anticipation and shall gladly watch and tell myself if David can do it then I can do it being as I am just under 40 ! You will make a great channel if you do what you have done be yourself be happy and pop a little good music into quiet sections ! The reason I need to do it is because the start and finish is located in my garden I can’t get away from the chiltern challenge when it turns up 🤣🤣🤣 Great work David I hope I could meet you to shake your hand some day Keep smiling and keep promoting your outstanding efforts 💪👍😊
