Thank you Ryann <3
Thank you.
I listened to this podcast on my run and I truly enjoy all of your podcast especially this one. Sometimes I feel like I am not as far as I want to be in my journey but since it’s been 2 years now but I started to reel member some small wins as I listened to you! I have lots more work to do but you have been a huge help for me and support!!
Ahhh, this makes me so happy! 🥹 The fact that you’re reflecting on your small wins is such a big deal-that’s where the magic is. 💛 Progress doesn’t have to be linear, and the work you’re putting in is incredible. I’m so proud of you, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. Keep going-you’ve got this! ❤️✨
I’m literally crying
this makes a lot of sense actually, I remember my mom telling me about this, I thought it wasn’t true until I caught myself doing it 😂
When you asked smth along the lines of "why are you hesitant to stop binge eating?", my answer to myself was, "because I'm afraid I'm gonna get fat" 😂 because binging makes me gain enough weight that I really wanna lose it, and those are the weeks/months of awesome self-control (read: restriction) which result in me losing weight and feeling great about myself for a while again. Such a ridicilous roundabout approach 😆 this year has already shown me in some other areas of my life that the old shit is not gonna fly anymore, and I feel that my relationship with food is gonna be no exception. Thank you, this is the best I've heard on this subject, and I've heard a LOT ❤
Omg, THIS!! It’s such a wild cycle when you really break it down, isn’t it? But the awareness you have is EVERYTHING. That realization that the “old shit” isn’t gonna fly anymore is such a powerful step forward. I’m so proud of you for starting to challenge those patterns!!
Will you teach us how to relearn our hunger and fullness cues? I need some help with that. I also have a terrible relationship with sugar and i dont know how to fix it
Yes!! Stay tuned I have this noted for a new video :)
Btw thank you for the information, i needed to know this
Hello
I really needed to hear this. For the past 3 years I have been struggling with binging but not really being able to explain what exactly I'm going through. This just puts it so perfectly. I always knew I wasn't helping myself by focusing so much on trying to lose weight, but this gives me the reassurance I needed to combat those thoughts. Thank you for doing what you do. You were an answer to my prayer.
Ahhh, this gave me chills. I’m so glad this resonated with you and brought some clarity-it’s so hard to explain sometimes, but you’re not alone in this. Letting go of that weight-loss focus is such a powerful step, and I’m so proud of you for leaning into this work. Thank YOU for sharing this with me! 🫶
Thank you for creating this video, Ryann 🙏 I got so much from it and feel heard, encouraged and that I matter ❤️
Aww yay, I'm so happy to hear!
Thank You ❤
That looks so good
First
Dear, this is so nice. Thanks
😭thank you
Your videos are so helpful and informative. The information isn't just your opinion and I personally appreciate that. Looking forward to this series .
January is a bad time to enact change anyway. Winter is the season for rest and recharge. It's cold, dark, and we want all the comfort. Nothing wrong with that and nothing wrong with thinking about making changes in the new year, but I've always found spring and fall the best times of year to really be productive and change daily habits.
I like the "with something" option. I never had eating disorders but industrial food is made to make you addicted, that's why people usually can't stop eating candies once they started. I think many people can relate to that. The "with something" option allows you to eat something balanced and nutritious without making you feel restricted because you still allow yourself to indulge in your sugar craving. At least it seems like this to me. Anyway, that looks like a good meal with a normal sweet snack to me, so congratulations to you who managed to get to this point. Proud of you. ❤️
I'm a struggling binge eater and finding this channel is giving me some hope
I am going to journal for 21 days every day( can even be obly a sentence or a word) just so I am building a habit. I already started and am on day 4 today:) and another thing I‘d like to do is a simple activity and trying not to forget, going on kinder world and water my plants(that’s a game) and just trying to not forget that there is this app. And then hugging mysefl more:))) ore generally treating my body better now, not like shit but taking care of her, move when I feel like moving and eat things that are making her feel good inside of herself. Trying to not restrict , but also not eating till I explode every single meal because I know that I can eat again whenever I want and there’s no food crisis so I have got enough, my body doesn’t need to worry.. Do you think that is too much?
So relatable, especially this time of year when joy and grief run parallel in one’s life making for a mix of confusing emotions, which often lead to bumpy times for those of us with ED. POD

This is a very good video but "heææ🐴ææers what I'm doing
After having gestational diabetes, inviting myself to add a desired food to other foods that will slow my sugar spike has been great.
Oh I like the ice cube thing. I think I might be a binge eater and use food to help with my emotions, sometimes I struggle with self worth and then I binge eat and then I’m all bloated and gain some lbs then I get more sad, then I starve my self and then repeat. I think it stems from child hood trauma and some marital emotional abuse. I’m making an effort, and praying God will help me heal ❤
I hate gummy worms! So it's a great diet for me!
End of 2025? Lol
OMG MY BRAIN IS DONE 🫢😅

In my case it’s due to candida overgrowth in the gut..
