It really is saddening how underrated your channel is.. like, with how much emotion one can feel in your voice makes the story even more interesting unlike the lifeless ai narrators..

I’m sitting at work and just tried to listen to a different story unfortunately read not very well by an AI. I decided to find you again and picked this story. Was not expecting to cry. 😭. So hoping no one notices as I wipe my eyes and blow my nose.

A really good story premise and delivery. It remindes me of similar storylines of sentient A.I. missles used in the Star Trek Voyager episodes, notably the season 5 episode 25 "Warhead", and the season 2 episode 17 "Dreadnought".

found your channel a few days ago, and I just have to say, wonderful stuff. you take such a sad melencholic story, and tell it so well.

This one got to me actually. I... recently lost my absolute dream job after some coworkers just... straight up lied about me to my boss and he didn't bother to fact check it. I just showed up to work, coffees in hand for everyone and was basically shown the door for something I simply didn't do. When I say dream job, I mean... I moved out of the house in high school, and was homeless for 6 months in my 20's. I've basically never had more than $100 in my bank account, usually no more than $5, and at my worst point, I had a budget of $2.50 a day ($18 a week) for food. This job was the first time I ever had been financially stable, and I absolutely ADORED my coworkers (well, most of them I guess), the work we were doing, and like I finally had maybe turned my life around. So... I've been in a pretty dark place the last few months, and I'd be lying if the idea of ending things didn't cross my mind. Obviously the entire concept of "hope" isn't something I felt to keen on in those darkest moments. But looking back, I guess I held on for something and that's honestly probably it. Hope that, even though I've lost... everything I've worked so hard for over the last 10... 20... hell, my whole life really, it's not a moral failing on my part and I can live to chart a new course another day. It honestly still hurts like hell, and I have no idea what course I even want to set. But I think the fact that I'd rather set it for *somewhere* than give it all up... yeah, I guess I can't think of a better word than hope. Anyway... sorry for how sappy this probably sounds. And if you read it, hopefully it wasn't too depressing. I guess just... hang in their guys. Hope for something better tomorrow, even when it hurts like hell today. It's part of what makes us human. ❤
