Neat video but not entirely accurate to where pinball is at in 2025; far from dying. To the point its harder to find old pinball machines as groups of collectors have grown over the past 20 years. In 24 alone there was 4 tables released by a single company, granted one was a remake but still thats still 4 Stern machines in the last year with another one already announced for 25. Then theres been several new companies in the past 15 years that have popped up for pinball. Jersey Jack, Spooky, Chicago Gaming, and Pinball brothers Good video on a neat documentary. Buut the doc is a little outdated
I used to watch this show when i was 7! I fvcking loved it! :D
I LOVE NORM’S DESIGN 😭
man i thought dreamworks would be diffrent, the whole disney destroyer and all, but i guess not
A live action spinoff or inspired movie would’ve been cool but a direct remake is horrible. I feel like my feelings connected to the animated series is soured
There is a reason why when I was young I wanted to get a good live action of a anime, but never got it, because it is hard to make, and studios don't like to take risks. This movie would have made sense if they should take the leap and really make a "grounded" movie based on the original, take the example of The trilogy of batman. But, sadly the "Christopher nolans" doesn't abound.
Live action Shrek?
It's just like modern video game remakes. Best case: it's just like the old game, but a bit prettier. Worst case: it's uglier and plays worse than the original. Average case: It's not as soulful (more generic art direction) and has some elements that make the gameplay more standardized (less unique/good). They hardly ever seem to be worth it.
Almost like that Conker remake without the censorship, except it had a couple of good things
I like live action, I like animation, I just don't like cgi adaption of an already existing animated movie/series. It's just never really works. Just make a new story in the same universe. You have the same fanbase and financial success potential. Even better, you can get away with changing details with getting backlash. Basically, make movies because it's fun instead of for money.
Seriously. Have they learned nothing from the current dumpster fire that is Disney?
The biggest shame about this is I probably would have been more ok with it if they actually went all the way and made the dragons realistic too but nope they had to take the cheaper route.
Why do they make money, well they are safe Family movie that are not bad, maybe not good but not bad. The average American family has 1.94 children so that would be about 4.94 movie ticket that are sold.
This is all due to late stage Capitalism.
"early stage communism"
@@connorb6703 i don't think you understand what Communism nor what late stage capitalism are.
Drain you dragon👍👍😂😂
how to drain your dragon 😂🎉
This aged poorly
I LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH NOSTALGIA
this is such a great video, thank you for making it :) summer camp island is such a comfort space for me, i love it
This kinda sounds like last night on earth
just watched it and felt like it wasted a lot of potential. Whiteys voice (every time he speaks i just hear adam sandler sounding stupid instead of being a character) and the crude jokes about shit and people with a disability as well as the forced romantic plot destroyed what could have been an in depth into grief, loss, alcoholism, holiday traditions, and communal strength.
Winnie the Pooh is so charming
I'm going to guess that you are a Capricorn.
Hmm. The assumption that movies are supposed to make you "feel" something is questionable. Maybe "thinking" something is sometimes the point instead. Godard had a profound understanding of film as a synthetic experience, specifically treating montage (in time) as the equivalent of collage (in space) that was radical then and, given the lame naturalistic "story-telling" that most films have opted for before and since, remains so today. There's value in questioning whether film is a) naturalistic and b) necessarily a story-telling medium. (Why? Because Hollywood says so?) Godard demonstrates, at first brilliantly then increasingly tediously, that a "story" can be communicated many different ways. That said, I do think parts of Contempt are, what does one say?, contemptible! Specifically the nonsense with the painted statues. Yeesh.
TJ miller was accused of SA that why he was written off Silicon Valley, and there where about to replace him in Deadpool 2 but that was just finish he also did not come back for how to train your dragon.
I don't understand why in Scavengers Reign she grabs a flower a little bug come out that touches a rock until a blue orb come out then she grabs the orb and toss it to the ground and it blows up into a orange mushroom, then she destroy the mushroom to get a some stuff sticky stuff for there shoe. She spend all her time on the plant on a prairie how dose she know how to do this. Also this happen a few more time and it remembers me of the rick and morty interdimensional cable how it made.
I respectively disagree on your take on the Kung Fu Panda franchise. Jack Black is a talented actor known for his versatility in both live-action and animated films. In the Kung Fu Panda series, he voices Po, a clumsy panda who becomes a kung fu master. The films highlight themes of self-belief and perseverance, showing that anyone can achieve their dreams with determination. They also explore the importance of inner strength and self-acceptance. With stunning animation and heartfelt storytelling, Black’s performance brings humor and depth to Po, making the franchise a beloved success.
I'm so glad that you are back at making videos, hopefully you can also make those streams like some months ago
you remember the canon water drops scene in kung fu panda 2...replace the canon balls with traditional Martial arts film and pretend that po is the spirit of (American?) silliness and you got the appeal of the entire franchise. the appeal is the discipline and silliness are not opposing forces and in fact complement one another.... that is the reason that perrito exist isn't it? oh what a mistake.
it's a shame so few people know about this show
Does anyone have sheet music for this song?
Just watched both. Americans are stupid. Force Majeure was slow but intense! Downhill was slow and they had to add sex, booze and drugs because they thought it would make it better. It didn't!
I feel this show is ridiculously underrated.
epic video essay
this song is beautiful, i think i listened to it for like 20 minutes straight after deciding to taking a lil break from playing. as of writing this, this is my first time playing this game and i gotta say im hooked, the art style and music, the sound effects and the cutscenes with all the dialogue and the 3rd person interactive areas are all amazing, im hoping ill keep playing this game for a long time from now on
there are more pinball companies now than there have ever been I think. It became easier to prototype and design machines using free software and 3d printing. Design tools you can see from old promo videos that were proprietary Bally-Williams or Gottlieb tech has been cloned into various PC programs free of charge, essentially, and it’s made it pretty feasible for anyone with the drive and modest funding to get at least a few machines out the door
I agree

I honestly loved lazy in space it feels like a big cosy dream in the best way possible
I’m not watching the video earbudless in a car repair store but putting a warning about spoilers for a 27 year old movie is crazy
Hated this hatedddddddddddddd. this show is trying to be another gen rex, but men at action seen to have forgotten their own trick. write 5 minutes of plot and fill the rest of the episode with exposition and action. here they "write" 3/4 plot but practically they have the same amount as a gen rex episode if not less and they fill it in with trite dialog . also there is an conflict of interest in the writing that they clearly want to make a plot driven action show but unlike gen rex they also need to sell toys, so as a result there bring a bunch of "concepts" to the table and developed non of them, or at least not above the level of a toy commercial. this is probably the most annoying Sonic and least heroic version of sonic to ever exist and Nine is probably the only real character on the show the rest are just props. Even then by season 3 he is so flat and lack critical thinking that it becomes absurd (although considering who he have to deal with it is almost understandable, key word being almost). A Very bad show
I'd love to know if there's a tab for the guitar 💝
andddddddddddddddddddd....... you were right. ep2 2 came out and it's blanddddddddddddddddddddd
This video resonated with me way more than I expected. I have watched this show on three ocassions: may 2020, january 2021 and december 2023. And I still love it sm, one of the most creative and amazing reboots I have ever watched. I am also like you a bit disappointed with how the Internet interpreted the main characters. It's so black or white.
