You talk about a 'loyalist area' ??? Just because one group of people, by birthright or choice, attend a Catholic school or church, instead of a protestant one. The last time I (a Catholic) attended an Anglican service, we all paryed to the same God, using the same prayers, praising the name of the same Jesus Christ, and were welcomed and included as a part of a faith community.

i have to laugh at all the comments people are making as if they know all. i was a pupil of holy cross at 7 years of age and my parents done the best thing for me , they showed me to stand up for myself and never let anyone walk over me. it was my RIGHT to go to school, it was my RIGHT to get an education! the protesters were the people in the wrong! how any one can blame the parents is unbelievable and truly sickening!!

that school has been in a loyalist area for over 30 years without incident. the reason for a protest was because them parents had been attacking and abusing loyalist residents for months previous. anyone who watches this video ask yourself what loyalists must have went through before making the decision to start a protest, it was never against children but against their bigoted child abusing parents, ask yourself would you put your child through that just to make a political point?????
