Point number 1 was my favourite. Finding someone whose approach to achieving things you like and want to emulate makes a lot of sense. I'm gonna try it out this week and my inspiration will be Denzel Washington's character in 'The book of Eli'. Someone incredibly driven to move forward towards his sole objective. PS: You said we should suggest videos you can do in future. One on like 10 things you learnt from therapy would be a good one. Also, hearing what the therapy journey was like and when it ended, why it ended and if therapy did what you needed it to do.

That point of having a purpose in life hit different. Especially when you said it doesn't even need to be grand. It can be simple and it can be a short term purpose like for a month or a year.
