Well done for sharing this experience, it can’t have been easy. Wishing you good health, and looking forward to seeing you and the guys on stage soon!
Exactly the same symptoms I had .lucky l went to the doctor's before anything serious happened like a heart attack just by the symptoms I was going through felt like indigestion and getting out of breath. Take care and look after yourself j.
God bless J . Take care ❤
Look after yourself mate 👍🏻
It's good to get this message out J, it could save someone's life. All the best to you. I hope to see you and the band at some point. Take care.

So glad your on the mend mate don't think I could imagine a world without your guys band, maybe over the next few tours we could do some collections for heart attack charity's too raise more awareness
Glad youre on the mend J, my names Brett pal, you're a very lucky man, i had a cardiac arrest in 2018 completely gone and was resussed back after 6 minutes i collapsed in the hospital. 2 years ago my heart went crazy again had a 8 hour heart ablation but was saved by a implanted defib, they fitted in 2018 now fitted with a pacemaker only 42. i got deffibed over 10 times 2 years ago and the pain was awful because i was awake. trauma was and still is a bastard im still not over it, good on you for speaking up pal if you want to chat man I can help you out. don't do it alone. send me a message man. It takes a while but your brain will learn to accept it eventually.
Telling the story can save someone else's life. Thanks for sharing. Hope you are doing better and back to a more normal life soon.
I'm so glad you feel better! It's a bold move to do this pod, I literally started crying. I can't wait to see you and Dan and the rest of the band soon!!! Take care J!! 💚
Thanks for sharing this. I’m a cardiac cath lab and cardiology nurse, so know the importance of spotting danger signs. Seen you when you’ve been to Hull. I want to see you back, stronger.
What an emotional watch! But such a clear explanation of what a heart attack feels like. Keep well!
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for sharing this and explaining how it felt so clearly. This will hopefully help people recognise the warning signs. You’re a trooper x
Thank you for sharing your experience so bravely. I had a very similar experience and procedure. You have articulated in your video the same feelings that I had and to be honest I still have anxiety about it now 2 years later but it puts things in perspective and makes you valu what you have. Take care mate and keep the faith!
Wow so emotional 😢 glad you are doing good. well wishes for a speedy recovery.
Glad to see you recovering well Was Brilliant seeing You in Edinburgh again so Glad you came out Your Top Lads catch you All soon
So glad u are on the mend! Can’t wait for new tunes.
Turn up the sun is masterclass
For the Oasis fans, Andy talks about how he joined Oasis at 1:10.
Right choice, never looked out off place, geezer
It feels like 20 lifetimes ago, but I was the biggest Ride fan back when I was 16/17 years old. I'm in Melbourne, Australia, so it was a little harder to find their stuff. This was pre internet, so it really was a labour of love finding bands you wanted to get to know. It was a whole journey in itself! I wouldn't have the enthusiasm these days!!😅
A complete Bellend
Ride were the superior band.
Not commercially... and creatively, i'd say thats subjective...depends who you ask. Its definitely cooler to say RIDE were the superior band tho :)
A pure dobber he is man lol
Now that the Oasis reunion is official, it would be great to have Andy back because it’s highly unlikely Guigsy would do it, and it would be preferable to have someone with history in the band as opposed to someone new. But it’s totally understandable if Andy would rather stay with Ride and not go back to playing bass. At least I saw him with Oasis twice back in the day. And when I met him after Ride played in Indonesia, I got him to sign my Oasis and Beady Eye CDs and I told him he was the coolest one in the band. And would likely still be if he rejoined, judging by this interview!
i think gem can play bass so i could see it being bonehead and gem
Played a show with Radiohead in Oxford (went to uni, there). Love Ride, and appreciate the recording insights. Thank you!
I'm too tired yo watch until the end lol.Its nice to see j being so polite, honest down to earth none of this look at me ott.Its the most genuine guy going
what oasis demos sounded that bad ? is he on about the demos they recorded with the real people in liverpool? they were raw but still sounded decent , everything after that was recording in decent studios and sounded great
It's hard to understand why he didnt really have a lightbulb moment so because they are so good. Its got to be that the younger cousin was hus influence and he just ended uo expressing himself and his experiences through the music they created together and with the band and cos they are related they can vibe of each other.
I worry about these two bless their hearts ❤❤❤ drinking and taking too many drugs. Be careful boys ❤
When do they mention that sorry
At least there humble and they are totally themselves. Got to respect that. God bless them.
Not been funny but Oasis was never Oasis again after Guigs, Whitey, Bonehead and Tony left.
Your band is called Afflecks Palace? Jesus wept that’s abysmal. 😂
fortunately.... no one cares what Robert Loader thinks about anything lol.
Learnt things from this. Great interview Love razorlight ❤
Still pretentious then. Talking 'bout smack like that. smh.
ANDY BELL IS A MASSIVE INFLUENCE IN OUR BAND
Saw RIDE in Atlanta in 1992 with Pale Saints and even talked gear with Andy a bit after the show; peak experience for me.
I want to see you 🌝🌈🎶
Not a good looking boy 😂
Pete Townsend is one of those people who thinks because he made some great music 40 years ago his opinion still matters.
and yes he still matters !
Shows everyone how little you know
@@harrykadaras9459 yes his opinion is as valid as John Lennons is.
Matters to me.
Afflecks Palace and Pastel 🩷💙
My 3 most memorable gigs was Wembley 2000 coz liam was smashed, old Trafford cricket oasis infront of Andy everytime he strummed the bass I got a vibration through my body and beady eye notts rock city 2011 it was amazing they was so loud I could hear the gig for about 6 hours later.
in which minute he starts talking about Liams voice?
Does Johnny ever age ? 😂. Guy never looks any different over the years. Mabey the hair but that's it. Great interview btw.
Checking in on Johnny Borrell in 2023....yep, still a massive twat.
Poderia ter legendas em outros idiomas.
Incredibly fascinating interview, speaks right into my childhood.
