In my case, sabay since yung registration of marriage was already started in Switzerland before my visa D application. For Swiss spouses (na mga nakausap ko), nauuna ang registration of marriage before the visa D application. They have to wait for the registration of marriage in Switzerland before sila mag-apply ng visa D.

China has been stricter with after school classes including English tuition in the past 2 years since my post, kindly check with the school if this particular certificate will be sufficient.

After 89 working days from embassy submission, mine was during the pandemic so timelines would differ

@@MissRaineTravels oh okay,my documents after submission in my home country and going through verification only got to Switzerland end of July so it been quite a journey and already now 3 months and 16 days since submitted 😢, migration said they needed to have document from civilregistry office to know we have initiated the marriage process so that they can do their final review on the application so I thought that was gonna make the process go faster since we submitted that document to them almost 2 weeks now.

Hi! You should apply for a visa D first. Then, once in Switzerland you'll be given a B permit after reporting to your Gemeinde and having your biometrics taken

@gxx456q Check with EDA, our case is different as my husband is an EU national and thus required yung enrollment Swiss spouses that I've talked with did not submit an enrollment certificate. Check with the embassy if that has already changed

Yes, there is. Strictly speaking, the invitation letter does not explicitly say the host will sponsor anything If you'll be applying for a visit visa, some countries have specific sponsorship forms that must be completed by the host/sponsor

For visits, the itinerary is not mandatory. Also, it would be best tick "visit" as well since you have an invitation letter as tourism alone might be construed as misrepresenting your travel purpose. Indicate in your cover letter that you're staying with your sibling and include his residence permit in Spain and apartment contract, if applicable

Which specific website did you complete the form in? Typically, if there are corrections, the instructions say you can change forms and submit the correct one during the appointment

@@MissRaineTravels I have applied from bls spain website...at last when appointment booked there was a option that you can downlaod your application form from this option..I downlaoded but in this form one to two mistakes are present...like they add my address in place of inviting company ..I remember I do not choose this option but don't know how this happened? No, you will need to submit your documents, depending where you are, to either the embassy/consulate or visa application center during your biometrics appointment

You'll need both IF magkaiba ang mag-invite sa mag-sponsor ng trip. If same person ang inviter and sponsor, one would do. You'll just have to make sure that the invitation letter also covers what will be sponsored.

I didn't have an interview. I only submitted my documents for the FRV application. Other Visa applicants (marriage preparation) had short interviews about their relationship.
