For the first application, 1. reason was there are reasonable doubts as to your intention to leave the territory before visa expires 2.justification for purpose and condition of intended stay was not provide. I went ahead and re applied still was denied for the second time and still was denied reason was 1. Justification for the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not provided ... Later I got a friend who is a dutch national and made appeal on our behalf but ever since they gave neva replied to us .. the last he inquired he was told that the documents he sent to support your coming to NID got lost ....

Hi! I would suggest to have at least 100 EUR/day of travel even if fully-sponsored ang trip. When are you submitting your application? If November pa, make sure to get your bank cert and statement after pay day so you have at least some amount to show. Also, more than the finances, your ties to PH will be scrutinized so better if you prepare docs for that as well

If an EU national, your baby's EU national passport for travel to Switzerland. Then, register at the Gemeinde and apply for a residence permit in Switzerland. If a 3rd country national, she'll need to apply for family reunification as well

@@saiaiktun777 that would really depend on the Officer assessing you upon entry. By default, you should have at least reservations. From personal experience though, immigration officers only ask for the return trip detais

Does your spouse already live in an EU country? If yes, your spouse can register at the Gemeinde and start the residence permit process. If no, your spouse needs to obtain a visa D for family reunification from her current country pf residence. After the approval of the visa D, she has to travel to Switzerland and register with the Gemeinde to obtain the residence permit. I am also an EU spouse and I did the visa D + residence permit application since I did not live in the EU prior to moving to Switzerland

In my case, sabay since yung registration of marriage was already started in Switzerland before my visa D application. For Swiss spouses (na mga nakausap ko), nauuna ang registration of marriage before the visa D application. They have to wait for the registration of marriage in Switzerland before sila mag-apply ng visa D.
