Welcome all to the advice and tips for losing weight (body FAT) & Building Muscle. We are primarily geared to making you "FIT" and "Healthy. The major facets of this are:
1. Nutrition (Edu)
2. Mental Preparation (Goal Setting & Measurement)
3. Cardio Vascular Training
4. Resistance Training
Hiking and climbing together in Trinidad & Tobago. All sessions are free and intended to allow exposure to all members to new trails and experiences. Sessions can be both hiking/kayaking/cycling/running/hill climb.

Sapphire Falls, Avocat Falls, 3 pools are all part of the Marrianne River tributaries. Furthest upstream is Sapphire, then Avocat, then 3 Pools, which leads to the Marianne River in Blanchisseuse, Trinidad & Tobago (aka Spring Bridge).

Start at Caura and proceed to Easter main road - St Michael Trail, onto Gudalope Rd, then Lopinot. Then to the historical site #Count De Lopinot, and then to las Lapas On Arima/blanchisseuse road. Onto the North Coast intersection and then to Las Cuevas. Making a turn on the Brasso Santo Trail (aka Bikers Trail) that leads directly to Caura and then the Start/Finish. 75 km @18hrs.

Caura, was an Arawak settlement, which came to notice in the Spanish days. The Tombasson road leads to a dead end, which starts a trail that leads to the ridgeline of Caura and Maracas St. Joseph areas, this ridgeline road is called "El Tucuche" road. The bancal road which starts in St Joseph Maracas, leads over the ridgeline back to Caura, but is a dead end. A trail then leads back to Caura.

Start Caura Hospital area.....Walkall of Caura to the ed at the right-hand side turn off to enter the dort road and eventual trail over the hills to Lopinot. Lopinot to Las Lapas. Las Lapas to Temple Village Arima. Temple village to Lopinot crossing the river. Lopinot to Guadelope Rd and clim to St Micheals. Return to Caura via main road.

Fort George was built in 1804 by former British Governor Brigadier-General Sir Thomas Hislop to protect the Port of Spain from any perceived military threats. However, the formidable structure never saw conflict and the military eventually retired it in 1846. To get there, just continue along the Fort George Road in St. James till midway up you see the FORT.

Been there a couple years ago.Was really lovely, but the track seems to be shorter , because we had crossed a lower part of the river and walked upstream. Also the track wasnt as cleaned as this, i not sure if it is a different route. The water was wonderful, i just sat on those rocks and let the water ran all over me .

This was so interesting to see , because its almost like a coincidence you all do the same exact hikes that i love to do I did terracita twice this week and hololo once....i used to do breeezy hills everyday after work but now i do Hololo instead. I prefer Hololo for a daily after work exercise, but I do hololo though pomme rose in cascade
