Laterite can be used but that’s like adding more weight on the foundation which would make it have a higher probability of sinking in future

This is actually a 10by 10 cos it’s on a half plot of land but most people use 12 by 12 depending on the size of the house

Hello Sir. How are you Sir? Option A. The entire living room space is 7.25x6.25m. Arranged like this. Main lounge 6.25x4.21m VIP lounge or Bar space 3x2.75m. Dining 3.5x3m Total 45sqm. Option B Lounge 6x5m Dining 3.6x3m. Total 40.8sqm Sir please these two living rooms which one is luxurious? Which one would require more land space? Which option is best?

Good idea but i am shocked i did not see dump proofing of the project foundation and footing. No admix to support the concrete. No plinth beam. Project need very good material for the hard core fill.
Yea that’s cos those would put more weight on the foundation which might trigger sinking in future as this is a swamp area

Make sure the excrete waste pipe is high to the soak pit so the chambers won’t block before the soak pit is filled up cos when the waste pipe is low the chambers will be blocked when the level of the soak pit rises
