IAC. If it only does it when it's warm, try jumping the 10 and ground pins in the diagnosis box on the driver side of the engine compartment when it's surging and stalling jumping the pins stops it, there's your problem. Or have you solved the issue already and if so, what was it?

For that $1 fuse a shady mechanic might charge you $500 for imaginary issues with your car. That's why is wise to know some basic car mechanic trobleshooting and have your basic set of tools.

Mr Lube here in Ontario wanted approx $115 for putting in those 2 filters. Bought the cabin air filter at Carquest for $18 and the engine filter at Canadian Tire for $19. Honda stealership as part of their oil change checkes your filters and ask if you want them replaced. If you say no, they put them back and no charge. If you said yes like I did for the cabin filter, they charge approx $35 for the filter and then gouge you another approx $35 for installation. Never again will I be gouged for these prices.

I love my dealership. They referred me to RUclips to do this myself 😅

Where can I find a radiator replacement?

For anyone who it may help ... I had a very similar situation, related to that specific fuse. Car died going uphill on the highway one night and cranked but would not start. Was out of town, so I had to tow back into town. Got back, seen that the Engine 10A fuse was popped. Replacing it DID allow my car to start again, and I would even b e able to drive it for a small ways, but inevitably it would pop again. But anyway what ended up being the problem was an area of the engine wiring harness under the hood had some really badly worn wire insulation and it was shorting to ground in a particular area that was worn away. Pulled harness out, insulated and repaired the exposed connections, and replaced the fuse one final time. Been fine since. Its a long shot, but if you wanted to know where exactly my break was in my harness, right in the center of the engine there's a grounding juncture that has like 5 black wires and they just ground to the engine. In this area was where my short was.
