Fitness is all about how strong your muscles are , how flexible your body is and how sturdy your heart is.
To achieve complete fitness only one type of exercise is not sufficient.
We need to train on STRENGTH , CARDIO and FLEXIBILITY. Each type of exercise is important in it's own way.
Self body weight exercises helps to build strength.
High intensity workouts makes our heart and lungs stronger.
Yoga helps to increase flexibility and balance.
Flexibility is essential for all athletes in all sports and activities .

पेट में गई हुई हर चीज को पचना पड़ता है बचने के बाद ही वह अगला मार्ग अपनाती हर घंटे में यदि हम कुछ ना कुछ देते रहेंगे तो हमारी शारीरिक ऊर्जा उसे पचाने में ही खर्च होती रहेगी ऐसा डॉक्टर गोपाल शास्त्री का कथन है
8 घंटे बाद 16 घंटे का उपवास भी तो है। जिसमें शरीर अपने आप पर अंदरूनी उपचार करता है। इस खाने की पद्धति को नोबेल प्राइज मिला हुआ है। और सारी चीजें नहीं खाएंगे तो deficiencies होने की संभावना है। और यह सब एक साथ नहीं खा सकते ।

Hi .. Yes forward and back bending r to be done together ... We can select another day for twisting if we do asanas for long durations hold. But if we mix all together that will surely not have any adverse effects on body.
