How to apply mitered end panels and inset end panel face Frames
In this video we go through how to miter the face frame to an end panel or end face frame with an inset panel.
The methods we used to attach the face frame include screws from the inside of the cabinet into the frame and screws into the Inset panel as well.
We go through how to lay out the proper spacing of the inset panel we also go through how to take the face frame off during installation, so the and face frame can be described to the wall and then refit back onto the cabinet.

In this video we show how to set up the auxiliary fence how to clamp the fence in place how to calibrate the fence and how to do a test cut for running beveled material for making mitered corners. After running several tests, we got this dialed in for three-quarter thick material that can be set up in a few minutes to run consistent results and allow us to have nice beveled edges for a seamless...

The measure strip on that side compensates for that. I rarely use the rip fence. The body position is no good. There is a technique for ripping with slider using stops and clamps, or go to cabinet saw. Always use the clamps when behind the fence.

Good video. I have the same gun and found much the same results. I always found that it doesn't really pull a joint together. I'm probably doing it wrong but for me it kind of introduced a 1/32 gap pretty consistently. FYI it's called a "senclamp" and it's still produced to today, unmodified as far as I can tell and goes for around $700. Mine lives in a very similar drawer and gets used occasionally because it's cool.

I had to set up the panel saw at my Menz Shed yesterday. I could use a t-slot and DTI to adjust the fence, which was 0.2mm closer to the blade at the far end of the fence. Being a panel saw it has a travelling carriage with an adjustable fence at the back at 90° to the blade. I'd made a solid adjustable stop for this fence so it could be mitred, and return to 90°, but I couldn't think of any way to do this other than to use a big square. So I'd taken in my own framing square and a big engineer square. I didn't even think to check before adjusting, but after setting up with the framing square, I checked with the engineer square, and it was miles out. I bet there was the best part of a millimeter gap in the 500mm length of the square! The Shed had three framing squares, which turned out to be worse than mine - and one of them was steel. Anyway, I heard of the trick you used, but not tried it, so I'll let you know if I can fix my squares. BTW I bought a so called precision square from Bangood a while back, and the legs were not even parallel, so that's the first thing I'll be checking.

Curious that you are adjusting the out feed table. The out feed is the constant from the factory that everything else is set to , I.E. referencing off of. The knives are adjusted to match the out feed table and the in feed table is adjusted to match, be co-planer, to the out feed table.

This jointer had been moved several times and the end of the outfeed had dropped on the end so every pass we made we had a crooked cut, but after the shims and fix we have a lot straighter board

It would be a better presentation if you understood how the machine worked before making a video. Assuming the fence is factory square is a big mistake. Take a scrap sheet and make a five sided cut to verify the accuracy. My K 940 s required squaring on both fence positions. The entire machine needed adjustments to make accurate cuts. Good luck with your new machine. Paul

Suggestion: Stop using the home-made lazy susan. Just use the furniture dolly since it already turns on all four wheels. Just make sure that it's centered. You're gonna end up using it to transport anyway; one two less steps putting it on and taking it off the lazy susan.

Depending on the size and weight of the door is how many you need, narrow and tall doors (10” wide and 30” tall) only need 1 really. As soon as you install in 1 hinge you can get a feel for how many you need.
