I got accepted to Davis which is my dream school is a bike necessary to buy
YAY CONGRATS!! Personally, I only used my bike freshman year and it was definitely helpful to have especially with back to back classes because the campus is pretty big. Because I knew I would only use my bike for a year, I bought a used one to save money. After freshman year, I used Unitrans (UC Davis' free student bus) to get to campus and walked to all of my classes.

As a UCD student, you get Microsoft Office for free! However for adobe apps, you can only get free access to them by logging into virtual labs.

Amethyx I lived in Ryerson in the Segundo Residence Halls. My dorm as well as other high rise dorms in Segundo (Gilmore, for example) has “kitchenettes” on each floor which are tiny but includes everything you need for cooking besides an oven. The lobby had a small kitchen that had an oven. Other dorms in Segundo (the newer ones) have bigger kitchens on the first floors. I’m not sure about Tercero Residence Halls but I’m sure they are similar in some sense, probably access to a kitchen type of area somewhere in the dorms.
