Hey, I'm minimalist that don't like to spend money for things that are not justified. I'm thinking about buying tesla model 3 later this year in Switzerland. I wonder how it looks like in terms of costs of maintenance, checkups and all stuff around comparing to conventional or hybrid cars. Is Tesla repair shop more expensive than regular one? How about insurance costs? Maybe if you could share monthly expenses that would be awesome. :) Thank you in advance!

Nothing better than a neat desk with minimal items on top! Mine is the same :) But just today our company provided us with a company-managed laptop so now my problem is where to put my managed laptop since my desk is quite small. I don't want to put the laptop on the table. I'm going to copy what you did! I just hope the laptop doesn't fall? :( is it connected by screws?

I normally bike to work, so I leave my water bottle, snacks and lunches, and dishes all at work. I use a workstation for the most part, so get to leave my laptop at home. I'm basically down to a fanny pack these days with my phone, KN95, house/bike keys.

The AirTag on my keys needs a battery replacement like every 9 months. But the AirTag on my luggage hasn't been replaced in 2 years. Obviously the amount of pings impacts battery life. I have the Nomad card too and I have had to charge it up every 2-3 months or so.

Very nice light apartment with clean lines. Maybe over time you will pick up some "family heirlooms" like older pieces of furniture, artworks or ornaments. They can complement modern styling and bring more of a personal touch. Some bolder colours would also work eg in rugs etc. The loggia is brilliant and should be incorporated into all new apartment buildings especially in northern and central Europe where the weather is unpredictable.
