SIR... Could you solve one issue, sir? There are several inspection points I want to create, but I don't want to stop my production as in it should not affect my production. But I want to do inspection. example:- I want to manufacture HCl and raw material is Nacl..So Nacl will go through saturator reactor and so on,..but production will be continued but i want to do inspection in several point like saturator reactor etc.Even inspection result is beyond the tolerance limit.Still production should not stopped for result.How can i do that?

I have an issue, we have one material with MRP type as VB, reorder point is 1 and min lot size is 2. Currently Stock is zero for this material, when we run MRP it created the PR for two qty, next day when we again run the MRP it again created the PR for additional 2 qty. As the requirement was already fulfill why system has again created the PR.
