On September 10th, 2023, New York's West Central District of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, honored 71 living Veterans from WWII, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. This video captures highlights from that event. If you know a living veteran who has served in Vietnam, Korea or WWII, please contact your local Elks to have that person honored in next year's ceremony.
