This whole undecover boss series is plotted right from the start. Undecover??? With sometimes more than 2 cameras filming the interactions, and the inserts of employees' explanation of their behavior? I don't buy it.

I had a crush on Tanna. She is an absolute fighter, being able to balance work and being a mom of 4 was totally amazing.

Did she even test the oven for calibration after installing the probe? Inline water filter? Maybe clean the ice maker , cold water slime makes the ice taste mildewy. Parts changers are a big problem in appliance repair . I service commercial appliances for restaurants and they wouldn't tolerate parts changers .

In my experience ,very few upper management or executives have the slightest clue how difficult it is to do most jobs the way they think it should be done even if they have no practical experience. it should be a requirement for all upper management do do something like this with some regulatory.

What an amazing technician. For having 4 kids, she has so much patience in her voice. A lot more then I do that’s for sure. She literally seemed like an angel, I don’t think you could ask for a better employee. I would be so proud if I was the CEO working with her

$800 million company gives woman with 4 kids the equivalent of one semester tuition. That's NOT generosity! It's something, but it might as well be nothing because none of those kids can go to college without growing up rarely seeing both parents home at the same time. That company seriously hires people with no knowledge, skill, experience, or training and sends them on service calls?! How is that okay? What a customer rip off and endangerment! "Female cut" uniforms?! Your a hero to provide a uniform that fits? Or is that to look sexier when you send them into strangers' houses so they'll be at even higher risk of harrassment? Seriously, America, you've been corporate abused so badly for so long, you don't even know what minimal employment, labour, and human-rights standards are anymore. EVERYONE deserves better than this! Stop tearfully thanking them for throwing you a few small crumbs to keep you enslaved and in debt, struggling just to get by.

Now...that is a genuine CEO of a company...many could take a lesson from her.. amazing values!!

If you want your employees to truly succeed, pay ‘em. There’s no shock value to it. Abandon the $7.50 an hour model and pay people their worth. You will never be short employees either.

I wasnt interest in whatever was going on,i watch it out of bordom and the whole time i was like that lady is beautiful well spoken and stuff but ended up tearing and simply gets so emotional wtf hats of to both of them.

Never forget that men are more interested in working with things and women tend to be more interested in working with people. Doesn't mean that is the case for everyone but just the majority. Always pursue the career path that interests you the most.
