He had all intentions of signing back with Cleveland until the Jazz made him an offer he could not refuse, 70 million when the Cavs could only offer 40 million. The owner knew the risks when he let him out of his contract. To expect Carlos to turn down 30 million dollars out of a sense of "loyalty" to the Cavs is foolhardiness and naivete on the part of the owner. NBA teams NEVER show loyalty to any of their players, they always do what's best for their business, and why would they expect any different from Carlos?
