CT4-V Blackwing World Record Stock Turbo 1/4 Mile Broken!
Re-Uploaded with pictures proving full weight
Schmidty Tuned CT4 V Blackwing Sets Stock Turbo World Record and also first and only stock turbo CT4 V Blackwing in the 10s.
The previous quickest stock turbo CT4VBW time looks to be tapout at 11.1@127mph.
Schmidty tuning shattered this previous world record by nearly 3/4 of a second with a best ET of 10.43.
We also became the first and only stock turbo CT4V BW to hit 10s.
Also managed to pull the wheels off the ground even!
The car made 4 passes and went 10.4 each pass, talk about consistency!

New Tune Only ATSV World Record!

We now have a new ATSV "tune only" record holder 1.48 60 foot and a 6.72@103 mph in the 1/8th which translates to roughly a 10.4-10.5~ 1/4 mile The car is on a set of mickey thompson drag radial, otherwise its a full weight car that has a custom schmidty tuning remote tune done on high octane fuel. www.schmidtytuning.com

Idkkkk I have an ats v and a hellcat redeye. That hellcat doesn’t pull hard enough to be 900whp
take it with the owner of the hellcat I guess, actually believe he signed up claiming more than that even but seemed like happy dyno numbers at 950-1000, the same ATSV also held off a 1000whp+ gutted out turbo coyote mustang up until about 130-140 mph as well

How much did this cost the guy and who’s the owner?
His name is Joe Adams. As far as the cost, the parts to make this power arent really crazy, downpipe. HPFP internals and custom tuning on E60 is about all you really need to get there powerwise. DP is like 1100, HPFP internals can be had for 340 bucks, he has some other stuff on the car that isnt really required to get to this level, cooling mods keep things more consistent Unlocking and licensing these cars is more expensive than previous generations so that can cost like 2,900 dollars for ecm/tcm unlocking, credits, and hptuners. Can ct 5 v get any close to those hp
well the ct5 is a 3.0 vs the blackwing has a larger 3.6l engine and the turbos on the blackwings are likely much better as well, so while the 3.0tt certainly has some potential with tuning and E blends to be turned up quite a bit, its not going to make 600+ whp like this
@@schmidtytuning8954 thanks for responding. In your opinion how much could it get. I wish I can get at least 450 -500 hp. I would be happy with that.
@@oliverturner81 might be able to get in that range with some E blend, maybe some fuel system upgrades and a tune yes

@@SrtHemiPower yes. Almost everyone runs a flex fuel sensor that will allow the car to adapt with my tuning

its very simple and basic, all you would need is a Downpipe, flex fuel sensor, and my tuning on E30 to replicate what that car has

Atsv is dp tune intake on e30, m3 would probably be dp tune possibly e30, they’re similar but atsv pulls ahead mod for mod

And the point of this was?
I posted it to show the difference between a stock LF4 car vs a tuned LF4 car basically as a lot of the blackwing guys ask me how much power is gained, what is the difference and so on, these cars basically run the same numbers stock. I wanted to illustrate how large the gap was between stock and tuned. These guys just happen to be at a roll race event racing, I have a half dozen other videos from this ATSV as well to post Im sure the results would be the same with a tuned CT4 blackwing on E30 vs a stock ATSV.

His car seems to add 500 HP every other video. LOL. I also didn't notice you were a business. I've seen some of your Blackwing videos. I should pay more attention to the creators if these videos but I watch most videos on my phone killing time. Thanks for the clarification and by the way. Where are you located? I'm assuming you're not in Ohio? I'm very close to TapOut and will probably be taking my BW there at some point. Just not with 2000 miles on it.
@@raypollock9448 Yea, the owners of the cars are friends, they really just wanted to do a comparison, the blackwing owner does plan on getting some DP and my tuning soon so there will be a rematch! Yes, I specialize in the lf3/lf4 cars, I own the fastest stock turbo ATSV in the world at 9.4@141 in the 1/4 mile and have tuned the fastest stock turbo CT4V blackwing as well at 10.4@133 in the 1/4 mile at full weight. Im located in Delaware, however I remote tune vehicles all over the world so I would urge you to consider the remote tuning option rather than going to them...theres a reason their best effort with a ct4 blackwing on stock turbos is 3/4 of a second slower than the car I tuned with less mods and more weight. Ive also been retuning plenty of blackwings they have touched that have had issues, I can give you contact info for blackwing owners that were unhappy with their tuning and have switched to me to get the car tuned properly if youd like.

No where close to 900. lol. Speedo is barely moving. They run low 6s or high 5s from 60-130 at that power level. This cars doing almost 8 seconds from 70-130 lmfao.

Great! What do you think the car will make in terms of WHP just on a custom tune and a pump gas? Or with downpipes? I just dont know if there are any down pipes available for the car yet....

Justin is the man for tuning. I would like to see what he can do with a tune only and alochol sensor on my ct4v blackwing
we do a lot of ATSVs on E30 blends, they respond very well, just did one that made about 550whp with just a flex sensor and E30 and 91 as a base fuel, likely do better with 93 as a base fuel, you dont even need the flex fuel setup on the blackwings, we can just do a 93 tune and an E30~ tune, the fuel systems are strong on the blackwings also, so we could probably get away with a higher blend of E even and do well at 40% etc
@schmidtytuning8954 so if you don't do an alcohol sensor, I guess you would just run a different mode for the e30 map ? For example sport mode
@blkwng81 you would just swap tunes, the car will drive on either file and fuel, just don't wanna do wot pulls on an e30 tune with 93 on the tank. The flex sensor setup can be done but has to be done in house in virginia at my partner ship and it's like 1350 bucks installed, not like the easy flex setup om atsvs

my ATSV has been 1.31 60 foot on all stock drivetrain, trans, diff, axles etc and 9.4@141 in the 1/4. same story with the blackwing though yes, these cars work very well on these alpha chassis and everything is very solid.

I havent seen a single manual blackwing drag race, I went 10.7@130 tune only in my ATSV Manual transmission many years ago, so they can go fast, yes this is auto

the rears are 17x10 forge star f14 with 275 40 17 et street r drag radials, not sure what hes got up front, some 19 inch aftermarket wheels
