whats the plugin to remove the mage prayer?
It was a custom plugin made for me when cheat clients were still a thing. There has been recent talk of possibly adding more options to the filtering on vanilla/runelite though, so you might be able to remove/rearrange prayers sometime soon

Has TOA had any impact on maximum efficiency tob? (outside of 4 runes in a runepouch and possibly masori? probably not).
Not really. Ring is incredibly impactful for the duo and solo metas, but much less so for the bigger scales. I don't think ring or masori will see any use outside of maybe record attempts in 4s/5s. Fang is really nice for irons who don't have scythe yet lol, but overall no big changes to the meta at all.
@@SeptemberRS Hehe, this comment didn't really age well. Lb is a pretty relevant item nowadays as you get access to zcb specs in some situations. Also meaning that you can do rato (which is hato but with lb) for p1. And Masori is utilized to save inventory space, so you can money neck bloat in 4s.

If this is doable then a 37 Prayer Inferno looks very possible, the question is what are the biggest obstacles preventing this from being doable?
It would be a significantly bigger time investment, and also requires much more consistency/fewer mistakes. The solves are more difficult as well. I won't be the one to do it but it's doable

How does the blob anti flick work, i dont see a reason for the blob tho throw range bcs it doesnt scan mage or range on the tick it scans right, wont that make it a random att either mage or range
Yeah, It doesn’t guarantee a range attack, but reduces odds to 50/50 and lets me have the defense from rigour, rather than just camping prayers
